The guest bathroom is across the hall from the guest bedroom and also has new heated tile floors and new shower and vanity. The living room has an open floor plan to the kitchen/dining with a gas fireplace. The kitchen has all the amenities, cooktop/oven/frig/dishwasher/garbage disposal/microwave/coffee maker, it also has dishes, glasses, pots/pans, silverware and whatever else you may need to cook at home. There is also a screened in back porch w/furniture to relax and enjoy, a table if you like eating outside. The grill is outside the front porch near the kitchen. There is also a firepit outside w/wood to roast the marshmallows with the kids and a large side yard to walk the dog. Chipmunk is approx. 10 minutes from Cashiers, 8 minutes from Chimney Pond wedding venue, 6 minutes to Signal Ridge Marina if you would like to enjoy Lake Glenville.
