Great property for our week-long stay at the Cape for our family of 3. Everything was clean and as expected. We loved the back deck where we had breakfast most days. The washing machine was broken (by prior renters) which was inconvenient, but the host did communicate that prior to our trip. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. Would definitely recommend and/or come back again in the future!

Wonderful condo in a good location, surrounded by lots of flowers, trees, and bushes.There is A/C in both bedrooms and living room/kitchen area.The backyard is privatewith a foliage filled view.Easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail from the condo throughthe route 137 entrance.The hosts are very response to all questions and concerns.Thecommunity has indoor and outdoor swimming pools with hot tubs. A place wehave returned to many times.Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby in Brewsterand Orleans. The Brewster flats, a tidal beach ,area is fascinating to walk.

Wonderful comfortable condo in a beautiful location.Owners are very easy to communicate with . The CapeCod bike rail trail is close to the place.We could bicyclestraight from the condo to the trail.Parking is right in frontof the place.I will definitely be returning next year.

We had a great stay and highly recommend this rental. Communication with then host was great. The place is in great shape, clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, and ever room has A/C that works great. The location is awesome too, great for families with access to the pools (including an indoor pool which is great for kids on rainy days). I highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the elbow of the Cape.

My husband and I along with our two daughters (14 and 10) stayed here for 12 days. It was the perfect house for us. It was clean, quiet, great location and had all the amenities you can ask for. Liz and Jeff were quick to respond and made it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend staying here!
