The Space:
In 2014, the owners fell in love with Bucerías and spent seven years in search of their ideal home—until they found their sanctuary in Casa Moderna. Their vision was to create a private, secure haven where they could welcome family and friends while embracing modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. Today, Casa Moderna stands as a distinctive luxury villa, seamlessly blending privacy, sophistication, and smart living.

The property features six private casitas, each equipped with its own bathroom, offering guests the comfort of a boutique hotel combined with the inviting atmosphere of a private residence.

The main house boasts an open-concept living space, a chef’s kitchen, a large dining area, and multiple lounge areas that seamlessly connect to the outdoor spaces.
Each of the six casitas is uniquely designed:
Casita 1 - Queen Bed, Full bath, pool, indoor kitchen/dining, living room, outdoor terrace, outdoor dining area, outdoor 1/2 bath. This is a separate, self-contained mini-apartment.
Casita 2 - King Bed, Refrigerator, sink, full bath (double sinks), outdoor terrace, pool view.
Casita 3 - King Bed, Refrigerator, sink, full bath (double sinks), outdoor terrace, pool view.
Casita 4 - Queen Bed, Refrigerator, sink, full bath, small outdoor reading area, pool view.
Casita 5 - Queen Bed, Full bath, office area, panoramic view of the property and neighborhood. Located upstairs in the main house.
Casita 6 - Master - King Bed, Spacious master casita, full bath, luxury tub, outdoor terrace, breathtaking views of the property and neighborhood. Located upstairs in the main house.

All units offer ample drawer and closet space and can accommodate extra beds. A crib/toddler bed is also available!
Maximum capacity is 14 guests (including children)
