Very cute and cozy condo with plenty of room for 3 adults and 5 teenagers. Close to the beach and shops, we biked or walked to both daily. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to beach and walkable to many shops and restaurants! Condo was clean, updated, and spacious! We had an issue with the ac and the host was super responsive in getting it resolved on a holiday. Great place to stay on Hilton Head!

The condo has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach on the path and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The pool is very nice. Condo is close to Coligny but off a quiet street. Communication and prompt response was excellent with a couple of drain issues. Bunk bed upstairs best for children not adults.

Fantastic location and very clean. We enjoyed staying here for the Heritage. We appreciated being at a place where there were minimal knickknacks, multipleplaces for seating downstairs and close walking distance to Coligny. Would love to rent this place again!

We took our daughter's and their families to the beach and stayed here. The property is beautiful with plenty of room for the 9 of us to spread out. The beds were comfortable too! It was an easy walk to the beach, playground, food and shopping at Caligney.

Very Enjoyable

The villa was so very nice. Had every thing we needed and was as nice as the pictures. Location to the beach and to shopping was perfect as well. Property manager very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend staying here.

In addition to the well-appointed home, Dave (property manager) went above and beyond when we realized we’d inadvertently thrown a bag into the dumpster that was not meant to be trash. He went to the property and searched the dumpster for us and we were grateful for his efforts.

5 stars for a reason! Our family stayed here over Mother’s Day weekend and had such a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and in an absolutely beautiful location. It’s within walking distance to both Coligny Beach and Coligny Plaza, which made everything so convenient.One thing we especially loved was how close it was to The Sandbox Children’s Museum and Lowcountry Celebration Park. We took our toddler there and it honestly has one of the best playgrounds I’ve ever seen. She saw alligators and turtles and absolutely did not want to leave!The hosts were incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions and messages before arrival, which made the whole trip feel stress-free from the start. The kitchen was also fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances. My husband was able to make a full Mother’s Day brunch for the family — we only needed to bring the ingredients.Parking was easy and always available right out front. We were also given two parking permits, which was perfect since we traveled in two separate cars.A couple of the mattresses had a slight dip, but the beds were still very comfortable overall. It rained a bit during our stay, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but we could see it from the living room window and it looked very nice and inviting.We would absolutely stay here again!

Family memories

The property is exactly as shown! It was very clean and the owner and or property manager was fixing a leak in the sink about 15 minutes before check in so he allowed us to come in to get things squared away. He was quick and efficient! We planned this trip as a last hooray for my two daughters who will be at separate points in life next summer but also before the vacation found some alarming medical news about my mom as well. You never know how much time you have with those you love so book the getaway, make the memories! I am sooo glad we did! The condo is a short walk to the beach we walked to the tiki hut everyday and hung out there on the beach with restaurant, love music and restrooms however there is an even shorter walk that will get you to just the beach! Not a beach fan this condo has a pool as well. Just say yes and book, your memories are loading…

We came with our daughter, our son and five grandchildren for a family reunion with my brother who lives on Hilton Head Island. The Home is well equipped, comfortable, clean and met our needs. Communication was very good, with timely and helpful responses. There is plenty of parking. The children enjoyed the pool and it is just a short walk to the beach. There are shops and restaurants all around the area. We definitely would rent this unit again.
