Spettacolare condominio con 4 letti e 3 bagni con vista mozzafiato sul canale di Mission Bay e sull'Oceano Pacifico da questa spaziosa casa di 2.075 mq! Situata all'estremità meridionale di Mission Beach, affacciata sull'acqua, questa singolare pianta curva ha pareti di vetro dal pavimento al soffitto per sfruttare l'incredibile panorama. Ampia cucina e soggiorno aperti, un balcone con vista su ogni camera da letto, 2 posti auto nel garage recintato con parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze (vedi foto della mappa del parcheggio), un sacco di spazio per i giocattoli da spiaggia e una doccia esterna per sciacquare i piedi sabbiosi dopo lunghe giornate in spiaggia!

La posizione di questa proprietà è situata in una posizione unica vicino alla spiaggia sabbiosa dell'Oceano Pacifico e alla splendida Mission Bay con acque calme. C'è una grande area erbosa e parco giochi per bambini sulla baia. Campi da basket e pallavolo allestiti sulla sabbia sul lato della spiaggia. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi e facilmente accessibile!

A soli dieci minuti a piedi e sei al centro di Mission Beach, una zona iconica di San Diego. Ci sono tonnellate di negozi, posti dove noleggiare biciclette e sport acquatici, bar e ristoranti. Family Anniversary Trip

Very nice clean property! Six adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view of the Channel and Ocean. Easy walk to the Basin, ocean, Belmont Park. Great location for Families!! And the underground garage and elevator made moving in/out so easy! We hope to come back!Thanks to our host Makela!!

Mom’s 70th birthday

This property is worth it for the windows alone. We booked this with my mom and my brother and our spouses for a 70th birthday celebration. What a scenic, relaxing, and beautiful view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spectacular time in San Diego. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Calm location on a busy beach

Loved using this property as our home base for a thanksgiving trip for family. We could venture out to the zoo or Legoland during the day and enjoy the view at the beginning and end of our days. Sunrises and airplanes, sunsets and boats, birds and seals. Fun place!

Christmas at Mission Beach

This condo is well located for walking access to Mission Beach and nearby restaurants and an easy drive to SeaWorld. Amenities included off-street parking, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a spectacular room for relaxing while watching the boats, seals, dolphins and birds on the channel.

70th Birthday weekend

This is a 10 star property! The view is amazing; sunrise and sunsets! We all enjoyed relaxing in the living room watching people kayaking, the fishing boats, and even saw a seal and 2 dolphins! Enjoyed walking to the beach and going for morning jogs. The condo was spotless; the cleaning team spent every attention to detail. The rooms and beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. This is the best Vrbo rental we’ve stayed and 10 stars to the owners and property mgrs. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family

We had 6 adults and had plenty of space. Only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Kitchen is nicely furnished. The views in real life are at least as beautiful at the pictures in the listing. We thought that being so close to the beach would be noisier, but it was no problem at all. Very quiet, especially at night. Having a secure place to park is also a bonus. We'll stay here again, if it's available.

Such a special place!

This is our second time staying at this condo now nicknamed our "Happy Place". We loved it so much that we decided to celebrate my 16 years olds birthday there as a family. We got to experience tropical storm Hillary from the safety of our beautiful condo and experienced the most beautiful sunsets when it wasn't raining!

Beyond amazing location and clean property

Amazing location with mesmerizing views all around! The layout is perfect for our larger family and the furnishings provide a homey feel. We enjoyed walking daily and visiting the beach. The provision of a vacuum helped keep some of the inevitable sand from trekking inside. A few minor challenges related to the leaking washing machine and some uncomfortable beds. The front bedroom had a gap in the door that didn't keep the noise out, but earplugs worked. The minor complaints would not keep us from returning again and again. We loved our stay!

Great location, comfortable condo, well-supplied, responsive owner.

The condo is an easy walk to the beach and far enough away so that it is quiet. The condo is clean and well-supplied with dishes and towels. The owner is super responsive.

Really enjoyed this property. Google maps tried to park us in the beach parking lot and walk away from the property, so be sure to look at photos and visualize where you want to be. Condo nicely appointed with killer view over channel- fun to watch the boats and pelicans. Only downside to location is the 6:30 a.m. start time for takeoff at San Diego airport - the first half hour sounds like being under an air show. Cleaning crew arrives at 10:01 so don't linger.

Lovely view

Enjoyed our stay in San Diego! Location was very convenient to airport, zoo, sea world, not to mention easy access to beach, parks and shopping. Loved seeing the boats going in and out each day. Condo had just about everything we needed, and the view just can't be beat! Owners were great with communication! Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Great place

The condo was very clean and well kept. We stayed here last week, my family and two others. 4 children in total ages 1-4. It worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is a big plus even though one of the spaces is a little tight. Makaela was awesome and always very responsive to communications when I reached out to her.

A gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful top floor flat. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had beautiful views of the ocean and bay and watched seals and dolphins from our living room. We had everything we needed for a family of 6 with twelve and fifteen-year-olds, and for our friends who have a one and three-year-old.

High school tennis team reunion in San Diego

6 of us getting together for annual trip to play pickleball, padel, tennis and just hang. Property is perfectly located with beautiful views sunrise to sunset. Unit was very clean, updated, and all around solid. Nice common living room, dining room and kitchen provided great gathering area for breakfast and late night socializing. Walk out the door to Mission Beach and stroll up to Belmont Park - 15 min beautiful walk. Easy drive to all SD sites. If interested in racquet / paddle sports, Barnes Tennis Center is a MUST and one of the best tennis, pickle, padel facilities in the country and is reasonably priced! Plus can venture to The Hub (25 min), Bobby Riggs (30 min), and The King of Padel (15 min).

Highly recommended!!

We loved our time at this place! The space was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen and offered ample space for 7 adults, 2 teenagers, a toddler and a baby. The views are spectacular, and the proximity to the beach is amazing. Getting to the airport and the zoo only took about 15-20 min. The host answered all questions quickly and was super accommodating! Highly recommended!

I fell in love with this property with spectacular views, especially sunset and sunrise views.

It is so peaceful to walk on the serene, calm beaches on Mission Bay side. With a short cross of the street, I will then meet the vibrant Pacific Ocean and can enjoy watching surfers.

You can do so many activities right at the location - snorkeling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, biking. It is true paradise.

It is a security building with two assigned parking spaces in the ground floor. Well maintained new elevator will take you right into your unit.

Entire unit is on the same floor with no steps.

As you enter, you will be met with the wall to wall windows for the breathtaking views of channels and ocean.
