Hot tub! House 81 offers four traditional bedrooms with two additional loft staged with two twins in each loft and closet space. The lofts are very easy to get to, no ladder required, they are located on the same floor as the two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedrooms upstairs (two traditional and two lofts) have two twin beds in each. The two main floor bedrooms have two queen beds in each. This is a total of two queen beds and eight twin beds. In additional you have two more lofts, one with a couch and small table and the other with a 6 seating card/game table. This is a great house for family to reconnect and the access to the beach is just about 100 ft from your front door.

Our first of what will now be an annual!

We loved the location and size of this home. Our first trip to Parjaro Dunes and boy we hit the jackpot! Both on the weather as well as this home. The home had all we needed for comfortable sleeping as well as cooking. With 4 bedrooms and the loft with 2 more sleeping areas we all had our own space for a nap, reading, as well as privacy. The spa was great for a late evening soak. Thank you to the owners for sharing and the management for making our trip easy.

Women's weekend

I have been to Pajaro Dunes a number of times, this being my first property rented that was not a condo. The beach is outstanding. There are plenty of nearby attractions.


For not being on the beach, location was ideal as it was located directly across from beach access. You could easily walk to beach and back to house if needed.

There was plenty of parking.

This house is great if you need to sleep and large number of people. Plenty of beds. I rented this house for a women's weekend. Everyone slept fairly comfortably. Living room and kitchen table able to accommodate all nine of us.

Management company very friendly and accommodating.


Except for living area, Much of the furniture inside and out was very old. Pictures do represent this accurately. Game room ( the one view room) and additional TV room very very uninviting.

In many areas carpet appeared to either be very warn or dirty. Walls were in need of new paint.

Hair dryer and iron was missing. There was plenty of extra sheets, but we could only fine one extra blanket.

Two of the bedrooms were loft style (open to kitchen/living areas). This made sleeping in these rooms difficult if you were not last to bed and first to get up.

Many of the light fixtures and lamps did not work, maybe just needing a bulb change.

TV would only play movies in black and white, even after seeking advice from management company and purchasing batteries for remote controls (which were all not functioning) in hopes that it was a simple

Owner's Response: Hi Annette, thank you for your review and just wanted to mention that the issue have been solved. Lamps have been replace and are in working condition, new flat screen TV in the living room, carpet is regularly cleaned. and house was painted and blankets have been added. Thank you Brandy
