NEW 2025! Completely renovated 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo located in Royal James

Experience Bald Head Island like a local in this Newly Renovated bedroom and 2 bath condo. The bedrooms feature a queen bed in the Master bedroom and two twin beds in the Guest bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and the guest bathroom is a shower/tub combination. The bathrooms have all the essentials, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. This beautiful condo also offers wifi, Smart TV’s which are located in the living room and Master bedroom. The unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer. * I also supply the washing pods and fabric softener for your convenience.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need…plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffee pods. A basic selection of spices and cooking oil.

For getting around the island the condo comes with a 4 passenger golf cart or pedal round the island on the 2 adult bikes. I also have provided everything you need for the beach, (4) beach chairs, a beach umbrella and you will also find plenty of beach towels for your stay.

*The Royal James Landing condo offers the community pool which is very well maintained and kept during the Spring through early Fall season. If you have small children this will be their favorite spot. You will find charcoal grills and picnic tables also in the pool area.

This condo was very clean, well furnished, and quiet. The bikes and nice beach chairs were great. The swimming pool was a life saver allowing us to cool off after a hot beach experience.

First time staying at Royal James and was pleasantly surprised. It was a quiet community, pool was small but looked nice and was maintained every day. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, pans, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
