Joshua is at the top of the hosts I have worked with through Vrbo. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. Joshua communicated quickly and effectively. He was knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to rent from.

Great family home. I didn't appreciate the last minute heads up that I'd be sharing the backyard with their parents for the stay.

Great comfortable house

This is a very nice house, a bit small but it’s very well designed and it’s in a great location near the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, we enjoyed the beach nearby and also took a comfortable 20 min drive to Michigan Adventure. It’s also not far from Grand Haven or Holland.
