This luxury waterside home on St. Pete Beach features a heated pool, BBQ grills, private boat dock, and kayaks for a complete vacation experience. A signed digital rental agreement, valid photo ID, and verification selfie are required before arrival. Guests must be 25+ to book, and there is no in-person check-in as it is fully remote.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire home including the backyard, pool, garage, and dock area. Please request before parking any boats. The owner will use the boat dock and driveway occasionally (he has a boat). The owner reserves the right to use the boat dock during the course of a stay, though the rest of the rental will remain private.



The Neighborhood:

Our road is a quiet, residential stretch with nice waterside homes. We're just a 5-10 minute walk from the Don Cesare and it's beach area, with tennis courts & a playground in between.



Getting Around:

Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance! Free parking off-road if you'd like to bring your car so you can drive around!



Other Things to Note:

This home is professionally managed by Tampa Vacation Collection, a luxury asset management company. We're available 24/7 with live guest support and to provide emergency maintenance!



Every reservation requires a signed rental agreement and copy of a legal ID. To book this rental, you must be at least 18 years of age. Length of stay ranges from 30 days minimum to 6 months maximum. We are not available during the summer months.



🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed.



*** Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



Interaction with Guests:

The home and backyard are entirely private. The owner will occasionally use the dock across the road for his boat. He may also park in the road. He will not ever access the rental during the course of your stay.
