Cozy in Clearwater- heated pool, pond and walking trail.

Imagine waking up to the serene views of a peaceful pond & the beauty of nature. Cozy in Clearwater is a slice of paradise located centrally to all your favorite Clearwater hot spots. We are in a non evacuation zone. Our refreshed 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home has a maximum occupancy for sleeping 10. There is a heated inground pool. The backyard is park like with a pond & a path to stroll along. We are seasoned hosts with great ratings & will continue to do our best to create a relaxing stay. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and a TV. One bedroom is on the first floor and two are on the second floor. The first floor bedroom has a walk in closet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room and a small sofa bed in the sunroom. It has a saltwater heated inground pool. There is an additional Sun deck, a pond, a walking path and a designated area for pets. It also has a laundry room. There are loungers, chairs and a Blackstone grill in the pool area. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean the grill and make sure propane off.
Put outdoor cushions back in corner of Florida room. Also, please turn any fans in the house off when leaving.
Notify us of your departure and feel free to take our postcards and spread the word.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
