This stunning 4 bedroom property features a flexible sleeping arrangement, including two twin beds, two queen beds, and a double bed en suite located in the private cottage. The open floor plan is designed for easy entertaining, cooking, and relaxation, with an extended breakfast bar that flows into a spacious living room, a large dining area, and an adjacent den, offering plenty of space for everyone. Upstairs, you'll find an additional lounging loft area and two more bedrooms. The home is decorated with cool, classic Cape Cod colors and tastefully appointed décor. Enjoy the spacious deck and patio area, along with a large backyard, all just a short walk from Lighthouse Beach and downtown Chatham. After a day at the beach, take advantage of the enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off before heading into town for dinner and a movie. The main house has central A/C, and the cottage has one window A/C unit for added comfort. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is included. This rental also provides a complimentary "Welcome Bag," a reusable tote filled with essential paper and cleaning products for your

Perfect Chatham Location

We had a great weekend stay in Chatham. It was the perfect location with a short walk to restaurants as well as the Lighthouse beach. Hope to be back next season.

The location is perfect! If you wanted you could arrive and not need your car for your entire stay. You can easily walk Lighthouse beach and you can easily walk into Chatham. The house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation on the Cape.

Beautiful house in amazing location!

Lovely renovated historic house in walking distance of downtown, Lighthouse Beach and Chatham Bars Inn (definitely head there for lunch with a view!). Spacious, modern conveniences, clean, great yard and basic games for garden/beach chairs etc. highly recommend!

Delightful, spacious 4 bedroom home on a quiet street.

Located within walking distance of the center of Chatham, Cape Abilities store, and Lighthouse beach. Large modern kitchen, dining and living rooms, spacious private deck, outdoor shower. There is a separate house out back with bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom, ideal for in-laws, guests, or adult child.
