Proximity to town and nearby towns was a plus. Didn’t love the traffic on the main road behind the house though. But overall the house was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Our week was absolutely amazing in this home as it provided everything you could need or want in a vacation home! The hosts were so thoughtful in the way they provided, from the firewood to the speakers, chargers by each bedside, to the surplus in kitchenwares. Every morning is an awakening to a peaceful view with the sunrise over the hills outside of each window. Every afternoon leaves the sun over the sides of the hills offering scenic photos! The hot tub and fireside sitting area on lower level is an added bonus. The starry night on the top deck, so surreal! The living room with fireplace is so cozy. Each bedroom spacious with extra blankets. My family and I loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!

The host was very responsive and quick to reply when we had questions. We loved the house and the location had very easy access to Boone. We loved the screened back porch, fire pit, and the hot tub was a big hit with my kids. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved all the super soft cozy throw blankets in almost every room. I loved the big stone fireplace (beautifully decorated for fall) and the big couch that fit our whole family to watch a movie.

House was great- had all the essentials and is beautifully decorated. Owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Nice location, about 15-30 min from everything we wanted to do. Pet friendly which is awesome. Would definitely stay again!
