Another great stay!

Was great to come back for another stay at this amazing condo in Punta Mita. Like last time Marta our maid was amazing and the remodel that was completed since last time we stayed turned out amazing! Can’t wait to come back again!!

Breathtaking!

This condo was beyond our hopes and expectations! The location was gorgeous and the perfect spot to enjoy the beach, pools, restaurants and shops. Our concierge was so helpful, attentive and easy to communicate with, and we felt very well taken care of with the housekeeper/chef’s delicious meals. This vacation was such a treat, we’d do it exactly the same all over again!

This penthouse condo is beautifully updated. It is in a perfect location to access town and the beach clubs. It offers views and privacy. Marta is a wonderful cook and kept the place up nicely while we were there.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a five star vacation! The condo is exactly as described. Very clean and in the perfect location. The housekeeper was amazing, she cooked us breakfast and lunch each day. Having access to all the beach clubs and the golf cart made our stay even better. We will definitely return!!

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our time in Punta Mita. This condo is really great. Wonderful views, good location, nice decor. Marta was a great cook and the condo was always spotless. We had a small issue with a bathroom and the owner addressed it immediately and had maintenance people at the property within 12 hours. Would love to go back sometime!

Amazing Condo right on the beach

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Hacienda De Mita in Punta Mita! The condo was right on the beach with amazing views and a great layout for a family! It’s walking distance to town and restaurants plus access to a golf cart so you can easily explore the area and beach clubs. The concierge and cleaner/cook service were amazing and catered to our every need! Watching whales from the balcony and having all our activities booked for us was an added bonus! A wonderful family holiday in a beautiful part of the world!

Everything we hoped for and more!

This property is lovely...clean, well maintained, great location and support staff. Jesus and Marta were both helpful and accommodating. Three generations and everyone had a good time at all the beaches and activities.

Beautiful Penthouse Excellent Location!

Our first visit to Punta MIta will be hard to beat. The beachfront penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully updated and very well maintained. Great location and walkable to restaurants/shops. Close proximity to all of the beach clubs which are just a short golf cart ride away. The concierge and staff were very kind and respectful and always helpful with our questions. Our trip to Punta Mita was last minute but we loved it and will hopefully be back this summer!

Very nice property.

This is a very nice property that was accurately represented by the photos and description. The housekeeper/cook was lovely and did a great job for us. We would rent this property again without hesitation. We really enjoyed several restaurants in Punta Mita and also enjoyed the beach clubs; Pacifico and Kupuri.

Christina's home is exquisite and you can tell right away how much care she has put into the details and comfort. She was amazing to deal with and really cared about making sure we had a fantastic time. Marta is equally as impressive and we will miss her amazing breakfast!!!

30th Anniversary

We celebrated a special week at the beautiful Hacienda de Mita. The condo was located directly on the beach with spectacular views of Banderas Bay. The owners clearly have looked after every detail with a fully appointed kitchen and daily maid service. Access to the full Punta Mita property, including the golf courses and Beach clubs was easily accessible via the golf cart. We’d highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Really love convenience of check in and having groceries already in place Loved the beach clubs, restaurants ok but our cooking amd Marthas cooking better. One of the few places i can actually relax. If you want to olan activities, great, but I spent sox hours in the pool one of the days. I my was great!!

Second Time at This Property

We are so fortunate to be back at this amazing property! Everything was perfect! Our housekeeper, Martha is awesome, she is an amazing cook and helped to make our vacation relaxing! Our condo was very nicely appointed and spacious! I could hang out on the balcony/lanai all day. The concierge was wonderful and responsive! We had an in condo massage and a private chef cook for us. We also went to las marietas to snorkel and that was also delightful! I highly recommend.

BEST family vacation!!

We have visited SE Asia and many countries in Central America as a family and this was our favorite vacation! The condo is exactly as it is described and Martha, our cook/maid, quickly became a highlight. She accomplishes her job so well and with such kindness plus her food is incredible!! Our girls loved the Pacifico beach club and especially loved the dolphin/sea lion excursion. A hurricane (ended up being class 4!) came through and the staff took great care of us! We couldn't believe the cleanup process the next day - was spotless within 24 hours. We can't wait to return!!

Amazing!

This property was simply amazing! Right in front of the beach and steps away from the pueblo. Christine was wonderful to work with and so was Jesus the concierge. Martha, our housekeeper and cook was amazing! We love her. Overall, we could have not asked for a better vacation. Also for those who are picky, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were high quality. This condo is high quality and spotless and in a great location. Love the semi private pools right in front of condo as well! Thank you Christine and crew!

Warm, inviting and easy

Our family of five adults just enjoyed eight days in this beautiful beachfront villa. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to learn that it is even more spacious than depicted in the photos. It is very tastefully decorated in a minimal style that does not compete with the spectacular views from every window. The concierge team took very good care of us with great dining recommendations. At their suggestion we hired Isaac of West Coast Surf Academy to provide surf lessons throughout the week and he was fantastic for first timers as well as the more experienced. Seemless indoor-outdoor living experience, and the deck was our family's hangout spot for coffee, cocktails and post-dinner card games. We would definitely rent this villa for a future family vacation.

A perfect action to celebrate 20 years of marriage

We had a great vacation in Punta Mita PH1-2. The Owner, Concierge and Housekeeper Marta were all exceptional. Everything we asked for was met and the service exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed time at El Surf and we recommend this area for a wonderful beach experience. Our boys caught plenty of waves and were in the water the entire day. We also enjoyed our time at Kupuri's pools and beach club. We stuck the Punta Mita area with exception of visiting Sayulito which is a great beach and shopping area filled with locals and tourists. Marta our housekeeper was exceptional and made us wonderful meals and treats. The town of Punta Mita was excellent and a very authentic experience. We recommend the many taco shops or food trucks as well as a visit to the local soccer pitch to watch some local players compete. Our entire experience was 5 stars and we could not recommend this property enough. We miss you Punta Mita! The Abner Family

We selected this condo because it is a Penthouse unit on the beach with breathtaking views. You can also clearly see the surf break from our condo and watch friends surfing or stand up paddling from our patio. We selected Hacienda de Mita because it is the only complex in Punta Mita that is ocean front, we are walking distance to the fabulous restaurants in the village, and we can enjoy the amenities of golf , tennis and various beach clubs available for our use. It is also inside the compound where the Four Season and St Regis resorts are located.
