Our family home for over 35 years is conveniently located behind Tahoe City with a short walk to shopping/restaurants and the beach. Enjoy the front deck with filtered lake view or the sanctuary of the back deck surrounded by pines. Quickly access Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadows only 10 miles away.
With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen and twin over full bunk, plus a futon sofa in the living room, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like heated bathroom floors and a coffeemaker to make their stay pleasant and easy. This fantastic house offers a comfortable retreat while nestled near Tahoe City to easily enjoy all that town has to offer.
We have retired out of the area and our daughter is managing the home. With mostly new furniture and fun touches, you'll enjoy an updated authentic Tahoe experience. We have a smoke & drug free home.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
It is ok to leave trash and recycle in the bins in the kitchen but please do not leave trash out on the counters as this can attract bears.
Please place towels in laundry room baskets.
If the futon sofa is used, please strip this bed and return to sofa position.
Please make sure all window are shut and doors are closed and locked. Please double check that slider is locked as bears know how to open these.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
