-Cleaning products and drying rack

-Laundromat nearby for longer stays

For guest safety, the property has outdoor cameras in shared or exterior areas only:

2 at the front gate (pointing to unit entrance & parking lot)

2 in the yard (yard & parking lot)

1 at the Marine unit entrance

No cameras inside private living spaces.

Add-Ons (Subject to Availability & Approval)



To enhance your stay, the following options are available upon request and must be approved by the owner before confirmation:



-Early Check-In: $50 per hour (based on availability)

-Late Check-Out: $50 per hour (based on availability)

-Pet Fee: $100 non-refundable per pet, per stay



Please reach out ahead of time so we can confirm availability and provide approval before adding any of these options.



Dog Rules

Our pet policy is strict to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests:



-All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property, no exceptions.

-Please clean up after your pet immediately.

-Pets must not be left unattended inside or outside the unit.

-Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
