We really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and secluded, while also being 10 minutes away from Black Mountain. The host was really responsive and answered our questions quickly. It was a wonderful stay overall, so we definitely recommend!
We loved our stay in this cottage. It was perfect for my husband and I to relax and enjoy the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and also used the fire pit because we didn't think to raise the temp of the hot tub when we got there so couldn't use it the first night but everything else was great. Host was very accommodating with all of our requests and questions.
The place was perfect. It was exactly as described in the listing. Clean and comfortable! Staying there puts you in the woods, which is where we wanted to be, but at the same time, we were never more than a short drive from all the places we wanted to explore.
This is a great place to stay. The cabin is spacious, quiet and secluded but only a very short drive to Black Mountain and Asheville. I highly recommend this cabin.
This place was just perfect! Tucked away in nature, sweet and peaceful! A turkey came to visit me while I was there! The place is very clean and the host communicated with me very well! I even left one personal item and they offered to mail it back to me! The hot tub is nice and tucked away behind the house up in the woods! It’s really the most magical space I would book it again!
The cabin was just as described and exceptionally appointed. The front porch is a very relaxing spot and the hot tub was an excellent amenity. This was the correct spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway with easy access to Black Mountain and I-40 and we could not have been more comfortable.
The cabin and property were absolutely gorgeous. It was so nice being close enough to hiking trails and Asheville, while also providing a private and cozy experience for when you want to stay in. We utilized both the fireplace and hot tub each morning and evening. The hosts were both communicative and helpful, and the place was immaculate. Thank you, Robin and Melinda for a memorable and much needed getaway!
Everything was amazing. Despite having bad weather the host communicated, and made sure everything was good for us. Would highly recommend, and the location is beautiful along with being very cozy.
Nearly Eden was a fantastic getaway for my wife and I. The cabin was clean and well organized. Within minutes of arriving we knew where everything was. Also, the host was so flexible with us. My wife and I almost had to bring our cats with us to the cabin because of troubles finding a cat sitter, and the host was able to accomodate on short notice. The hot tub and the porch were amazing to use while there. Overall a great experience!
Husband and I snuck away from the kids for a quick weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary. We are SO happy that we chose this property. It’s the perfect size and space for a couple, but might be tight for anymore than that. The host , Melinda, was super communicative and friendly! Super easy instructions for check in and checkout! The property is secluded , cozy, and relaxing with a fabulous hot tub on the back deck . We didn’t cook really, but the kitchen was fully stocked with any and every appliance or utensil you would need. A small quirk that we thought was AMAZING was the water pressure in the shower, a fabulous touch when away from home. The towels and linens provided were fantastic. We were obsessed with the Black mountain downtown area for food and shopping! It was about a 9minute drive from the cabin to get down to the main strip of restaurants and shops and bars. HIGHLY recommend the Trillium table for a special occasion dinner, and we also loved the Trailhead restaurant for casual food and drinks! It was about a 30min drive up from Asheville for reference. 10/10 experience! The cabin and surrounding area was just dreamy and so beautiful!! Would totally book again.
Great place tucked away in the mountains. Still close to Asheville. Black mountain a real hidden gem. Host was fantastic and will definitely be returning. Good Times waiting!
A lovely cabin with easy access to Black Mountain and Asheville. We especially loved sitting on the porch in the morning and listening to the wide variety of birds. The cabin is comfortable and cozy with good quality kitchen equipment. I hope to return one day.
