We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property on Log Gap Road during our honeymoon. The location is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully secluded, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially loved spending our evenings around the fire pit, in the porch rocking chairs and soaking in the hot tub, .One of the highlights was the incredibly clear night sky. Without the distraction of light pollution, the stars were simply breathtaking. The kitchen was also exceptionally well-equipped, making it easy to prepare full meals throughout our stay.The owners were fantastic to work with and responded to every question quickly and helpfully. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would book this property again without hesitation. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great amenities and attentive hosts, you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely loved this cabin! It’s beautiful inside with modern amenities yet it’s in a quiet, serene, calm, and mountainous area. It’s a perfect spot for a secluded-feeling vacation, for sure. Super close to Asheville, too!

This cabin was awesome. It is perfect for a couple looking for romance. It's a challenge to get to, but worth it. We had planned to spend most of our time in Asheville, but we didn't want to leave the tranquility of the cabin. It invites you to cuddle by the fire with a glass of wine. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Needless to say, we recommend it highly.

Beautiful, peaceful, magical! The perfect cabin for experiencing Asheville and surrounding area. A quiet escape for mornings and evenings in the midst of nature, yet close to everything you need and want to do: waterfall hikes, the Biltmore, fantastic local food. Thanks to the Paeplows for the yummy banana bread left for us- that made for a great breakfast with coffee on the porch listening to the birds and watching the fog lift. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was lovely after long days of walking, although the jets were not at all powerful, but the hot water soak felt good. The gravel road is steep and a bit tricky to navigate in the dark so make sure you have AWD and arrive in daylight the first night. I would go back today if I could! Excellent experience!!
