Brand-new house with original 1939 fireplace and new gas insert. First floor ADA compliant. Two BRs with 2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen. Additional fold-out loveseat and trundle bed accommodate children. Old, quiet neighborhood with excellent cafe only steps away. Ten minutes from downtown and freeway. Stratton Open Space (gateway to gorgeous North Cheyenne Canyon Park) 1 block away, with miles of trails for hiking and biking. Permit # STR0764 We live one block away and are available. Cheyenne Canyon There are two parking slots contiguous to the cottage.
