Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of the basement.

We are a pet friendly home but do ask that our guests keep pets downstairs only. The upstairs living area is carpeted and we do not allow pets up there. We do provide a gate on the stairs to help with this request. Please be sure to include any pets on your reservation when booking. Thank you!

This house is heated and cooled by two ductless mini split systems. The downstairs unit is in the living room and while it does a good job of heating the whole floor, the bedroom doors need to be left open to maximize the temperature control. We do also provide floor heaters for additional warmth in the bedrooms.

Access to the house is paved but the pull through driveway is gravel. There is room here to accommodate trailers.

The two bedrooms are located on the main floor with no stairs to access them. There is also a bath on this level. There is an additional living space with beds upstairs as well as another bathroom.
