House has added bonus of an in-law on the first floor with separate living room, large kitchen, eating area and office nook along with a very large screened in porch with ample seating and TV. It has its own bathroom with tub. Upstairs has a kitchen and large eating area along with the remaining 3 bedrooms and new bathroom. Added bonus of remodeled bedrooms, living room and book area and another screened in porch with ample seating. Climate control keeps the house cozy no matter the season. Outdoor space is very large and includes a new outdoor shower, grill area and many relaxing seats and a shed containing beach chairs, beach buggy, floats and outdoor games. Whether you’re gathering for a quiet evening or planning your next adventure, this tremendous home provides a perfect base. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
