Inside, the home is designed for relaxing and reconnecting. A fully equipped kitchen perfect for sharing meals. Explore nearby hiking, kayaking, or take scenic day trips to Acadia National Park, Blue Hill, and Deer Isle. Return home to a private beach, peaceful surroundings, and unforgettable sunsets.

The property is set on 0.75 acres and has 170ft of private beach access.

A two story home that has 4 Bedrooms comfortably appointed to be your home away from home. One queen bedroom with en suite full bathroom and laundry downstairs, and three bedrooms upstairs one king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds and an always available travel crib.

There are 2.5 bathrooms. A half bath on the main floor, one ensuite in the downstairs bedroom and one ensuite in the upstairs master bedroom. As well as a washer and dryer available in the downstairs full bathroom.

The main floor hosts the comfortable living room, a dinning area for 6 with a highchair and booster seat always available. Dedicated work space/ office with books, card games and board games.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, stovetop kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the essential pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Coffee, assorted teas and spices well stocked for your arrival.

Outdoor deck with dinning table for 6 and grill. Fire pit area with 6 Adirondack chair for relaxing around a solo stove fireplace.

30 minutes from Stonnington and Deer Island
15 minutes from Blue Hill
