The Space:

You'll have it all with a stay at Evian 172—a beautiful villa in the Shipyard community that is the closest home to the shared pool. When you step through the front door, you'll immediately notice how spacious this home is with dual sets of French doors and large windows that welcome the lush green of the outdoors into the open living spaces creating a light and bright environment.



While there are many excellent restaurants scattered around the island, the chefs in your party will enjoy the gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar to help make it easy to prepare your favorite family recipes. Gather around the large, extendable table in the beautiful dining room, and enjoy the view through the French doors while you dine. And right outside, the furnished veranda is the ideal spot for your morning coffee or afternoon glasses of wine.



After games of golf or days at the beach, meet up for movie nights in the main living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with Hulu. When it's time to turn in for the night, this villa features two luxurious bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a king bed, jumbo windows, and a TV perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. The en suite spa-like bath boasts a soaking tub, shower, and vessel sink. The second bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, while the second bathroom (in the hall) offers a combination shower/tub and a large vanity. Extra perks include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer.



During your stay, take advantage of the community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, local golf courses, and the Van Der Meer Racquet Club. The grounds are also worth exploring with a five-acre lake, a gazebo and footbridge, and walking/bike paths that wind throughout the neighborhood. If sunshine, surf, and the outdoors appeal to you, you’re sure to have a great vacation when you choose to stay at Evian 172.



Evian 172 offers guests a prime location within walking distance from the Brigantine Golf Course. All three 9-hole courses (Brigantine Clipper and Galleon) are very conveniently located to 172–this is truly a golfer's paradise! It is also just steps from the pool and lighted tennis courts and a short one-mile walk or bike ride from the beach. Just a little over a mile away, discover the popular Coligny Plaza Shopping Center.

The Pickleball and Tennis courts will be temporarily closed from April 22nd to May 6th, 2025 for scheduled maintenance and renovations

Tennis rackets and pickleball boards are available as well as beach supplies, including boogie boards and family board games.

One of my favorite rentals!

I have visited Shipyard for more than 40 years but this was my first time staying in Evian. This home is a perfectly appointed single-level two-bedroom unit that is just steps from the pool and lagoon. Wish I could have stayed far longer than just a week.

This was our second year in a row visiting the same exact condo. We loved it so much the first time we had to get it again. The pickleball courts in the back were a huge hit for my teens as well as the short walk to the pool. We rented bikes this year so we rode them to the beach and around town. Perfect location for everything! The condo has everything you need. Richard, the property manager, is amazing. We will be back next year!

Fabulous spring week in Shipyard/Evian Neighborhood

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this well-appointed villa located steps from the tennis courts, pool, and picturesque lagoon. The owners have taken great care of their property. In addition, they have taken vacationers' needs in mind by providing loads of kitchen equipment, games, books, recreation items, and comfortable furnishings. I highly recommend this property, community, location, and property management company.

Great Condo in Evian

We loved our condo. We like to walk and bike. Everything was close to the condo, walking on the beach or cycling on the beach and bike trails. The condo had lots of dishes, linens and everything else we needed. We even had a big pond with some alligators, anhingas, blue herons and turtles.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 172 Evian. Lovely area, comfortable and clean accommodations, well appointed and great location. We are considering booking here again. Unfortunately, we dealt with some unwelcome visitors while there. The kitchen had teeny tiny ants and much to our collective horror, we had several roaches show up. The unit was extremely clean, probably one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever visited. I’m certain it’s just summertime in the south, but we were pretty mortified. Lost a couple nights sleep because one of our kids has a serious phobia.

This property was so beautiful on the surface, great decor and kitchen stocked with in great condition appliances and cookware....BUT it has major mold issues that made us sick. The smell of mold filled the air from the vents, there is mold on the interior master shower wall, all the windows are warped and water logged and wreak of mold you could barely open them, there was mold also visible under the kitchen sick. The master bedroom wreaked at night where we couldn’t even sleep in there. All of our clothing stunk we had to wash it all. We contacted the management company and requested to move to another location within the complex which was a huge and time consuming inconvenience. The worst was how sick the mold made us feel for days after.

Incredible property

The house was spotless, well styled and had everything we needed for a good weekend. The subdivision was quiet and peaceful, with pickleball right outside the back door! On top of all this, is it is just a ten-minute stroll to the beach. Will DEFINITELY be going back.

My kids & i enjoyed 4 nights here. The place is very comfortable, decorated so cute, & the mid island location efficient! You are 0.7mile walk/bike/drive from the beach. You can drive your car if you go early & get a parking spot or drop the kids & return the car to the villa & ride a bike or walk to the beach. Whatever your choice, have fun! This condo did not have any beach equipment. We left 2 boogie boards & 2 inner tubes that we bought while there. Enjoy! Also, as you walk onto Shipyard Beach, the beach patrol is there if you want to rent chairs/umbrellas. We rode bikes every morning on the beach. One of my favorite things about HHI! Coligney Plaza is so close & offers lots of shopping & restaurant options! Thank you for sharing your home! We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful Experience

We loved our experience at this house. The home was stocked with everything we could’ve needed to be comfortable away from our home. It was clean and beautiful to look at. The location was private and quiet but close to the tennis courts for easy access. Our kids loved going out to play. We have stayed throughout Shipyard Plantation over the last 25 years and this was by far the best place. Everything is brand new. The location is feet from tennis courts and the pool is a 2 minute walk. We can’t wait to return.

Spacious, Comfortable and Convenient

Great experience, loved how open and spacious the unit was with a very oversized main bedroom that opened to outside. It was just 3 of us so more space than needed but the main space with the nice TV was enjoyed. Parking was right in front of the door with a bike rack next to that, and the pool was a very short walk out the back door. We biked to Coligny a few times, very easy ride. Would certainly stay here again.

Great little hidden gem!

The Villa was decorated tastefully, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. The only issues we had was that after hours check in failed. My paperwork was not in the box. The next day I had a great experience with a vacasa staff person. I think her name is Nancy. Very helpful and apologetic for our inconvenience. The only other thing I noted is that the sofa needs to be professionally cleaned. All the rest was excellent! I’d stay again. I’m pretty particular about the places we stay. Beautiful place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet place to celebrate Christmas with our son, daughter in law and two small dogs. This place really fit the bill! Everything about the unit was perfect! We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the walking paths just outside our door. Nice walk to the beach or you could drive and park. We would definately stay here again.
