Cozy Condo with Pool, SPA + 10 mins to the beach!

2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, BBQ grills, a huge community pool and heated Hot Tub make this monthly rental in San Diego, worth every penny! Come stay at this fully stocked condo located in the community of BayHo, just 10-15 minutes from Pacific Beach and all your favorite SD hot spots!

No central AC. Only one designated parking spot! Parking on the street near by is limited.

Pet fee: $150 per pet
Early check in and late check out fees: $30 per hour when available.

2 comfortable beds and one full bathroom upstairs with bedrooms, and a half bath downstairs near living room. We have 1 AC window unit. Plenty of portable fans to keep you cool at night. Fully stocked coffee bar with grounded beans, creamers, and sugars.

Lockbox code given to guests, multiple copies of house keys and community fob for your convenience.

Bay Ho, very close to freeways and Pacific Beach! 15-20 from the airport and top San Diego beaches.
