About Dennis Lambalot
I am a 30 year veteran Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX in Seattle. In my former life, I was a Flight Attendant for Alaska Airlines for 18 years.. I grew up in Bothell and attended the University of Washington. We have lived in the Sunset Hill area of Seattle (Ballard) for 40 years and have a sound water view, which we love. We have 2 small doggie friends, Amber the Pomeranian and Rosie, a mix and rescue dog. This is why we are very pet friendly.
Dennis Lambalot purchased this House in 2001
Why Dennis Lambalot chose Camano Island
Our family built a small cabin just 8 doors away from our beach house in 1962. I actually laid the floor in the cabin!! We always loved the location and beach. After leaving the cabin one day in Aug. 2001, there was a for sale sign on this property. We returned the next day and bought it with no regrets!
What makes this House unique
No bank waterfront. Awesome views to the south over the water. You can see the city of Everett 26 miles to the south and majestic Mt. Rainier. Only a short 3 mile drive to Camano Plaza for an Espresso or grocery shopping at the IGA with lots of organic produce offerings. Please see reviews that happy guests have enjoyed. The access without ferry is wonderful and just a 60 mile easy drive from Seattle.

well maintained, clean
Perfect get away
Came here for a quick weekend getaway with my husband and daughter. Spend countless hours walking along the beach or just enjoying the beach and water views from both the front and back yards.
House was very well kept and perfect for us. We didn’t cook there, but it seemed as if they had everything you could possibly need should you want to.
Friendly neighbor nextdoor and neighborhood.
Close to town should you need anything.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon
Stay for family reunion at brother's house
perfect location close to my brother's house. nice neighbors!
will stay again
We really didn’t spend much time at house other than sleeping. In town for family wedding. Nephew lives on island so that’s we spent most of our time and why we booked a vrbo.
But location is great. Property is easy to get in I and we found it pretty clean. Chair in living room by dining room needs to be fixed or replaced very tippy. My brother found out the hard way. I put a sign on it to remind him not to sit on it again. However his wife, my daughter and I had a good laugh watching him trying to catch himself.
Mattresses are ok. Not the best but tolerable for our three night stay.
The "tippy" chair has now been replaced.
Perfect beach getaway
This was a perfect place for us. Although the property could use some updating it had everything we could ask for. Very well stocked kitchen and we loved the location. I would highly recommend this stay
Bird Watching is fantastic! Watch the eagles May through July. Best month is June.
