This rental is a first floor apartment in a legal two family home. The second floor apartment is owner occupied. 1880's Victorian with lovely antique wood floors and wrap around porch. Just a 3 minute walk to public transportation (Hampton Jitney, Long Island Railroad, Shelter Island Ferry) & the heart of Greenport Village. Two bedroom (One Queen Bedroom, One Bedroom with two twin beds), One Full Bath with shower/tub, One Half Bath off Master Bedroom, Eat in Kitchen with large Island and seating for 6+, Dishwasher, electric stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker & K-cups, fondue pot, cookware/bakeware, place setting for 8, washer/dryer. Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Phone. Large back deck with gas fire pit, gas grill and patio table/umbrella & seating for 6, side screen porch, on-site parking for two cars. Additional free parking is available on the side streets. Ceiling fans through out, window A/C in bedrooms, oil fired baseboard heat. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Additional guests: The living room can accommodate a 5th & 6th guest on portable bedding for an additional charge of $50 per person per night. When a 5th &/or 6th guest is added to the reservation the fee will apply for each night of the reservation. One Night Stay available but will incur a surcharge as follows: $100/Night on Fri or Sat. in July & August

Lovely clean country house with every amenity possible. Well kept and cozy back yard and a large porch. Also it is close to so many options in walking distance for dining and entertainment.

Perfect home for a visit to North Fork

Mindy was incredibly easy to communicate with from booking until the end of our stay. The house was even nicer than the photographs, and the extra bedding provided was a cot with plenty of blankets, and much more comfortable than the typical air mattress that might be provided. The house is incredibly well equipped with anything you might need and has a truly ideal location for exploring Greenport and the entirety of North Fork. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Thanks, Mindy!

Perfect accommodations!

My two friends and I stayed at this cute apartment for a couple of nights at the end of July. The accommodations could not have been better! Mindy provides EVERYTHING you could possibly need and she couldn't be nicer!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This was the perfect spot for a girls reunion. Mindy was there when we arrived to show us the property, and the house was equipped with everything we needed (and more). Walkable to downtown restaurants, bars, and harbor. Definitely would recommend!

Location, location, location! (and comfort too)

What a great find this house was! The owner Mindy has thought of everything from the well-equipped kitchen to the extra bed for our guest. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we were during our four-night stay. The house is steps away from everything in Greenport so you can park your car and walk to everything in this vibrant little town. On our last night, we used the grill on the back deck and had a cookout. Summer corn, yum! The kitchen has a coffee maker with lots of coffee and tea selections and is well-equipped for cooking. There is a grocery store very close to the house. Greenport has numerous wineries, great restaurants and excellent ferry service to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor. You can take the Jitney or train from the city and skip the driving though the approach into Greenport is beautiful with all the farm stands and wineries. Mindy's suggestion of Agave Grill, Industry Standard and the Blue Duck Bakery were spot on...fabulous finds for a hungry group. I wish we'd had more time at the fantastic house Porch on Front and the town of Greenport.

Great Location! Large rooms, comfy, clean and well stocked! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the location we could walk to everything. The house had large comfortable rooms and beds were great. The house was well stocked from spices to towels, both bath and beach. It had a nice front porch to rest on as well as a screened in porch. Definitely would stay here again.
