Two bedroom (One Queen Bedroom, One Bedroom with two twin beds), One Full Bath with shower/tub, One Half Bath off Master Bedroom, Eat in Kitchen with large Island and seating for 6+, Dishwasher, electric stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker & K-cups, fondue pot, cookware/bakeware, place setting for 8, washer/dryer. Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Phone. Large back deck with gas fire pit, gas grill and patio table/umbrella & seating for 6, side screen porch, on-site parking for two cars. Additional free parking is available on the side streets. Ceiling fans through out, window A/C in bedrooms, oil fired baseboard heat. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Additional guests: The living room can accommodate a 5th & 6th guest on portable bedding for an additional charge of $50 per person per night. When a 5th &/or 6th guest is added to the reservation the fee will apply for each night of the reservation. One Night Stay available but will incur a surcharge as follows: $100/Night on Fri or Sat. in July & August
