Upon completing my college program, I had the great fortune to experience a brief professional career playing basketball in Europe.

I now live in Arlington Virginia. I am an IT Specialist managing a high profile data program for the U.S. Government.

I have been a tourist to the Island of Kauai for 20 years. When the opportunity arose 2 years ago, I purchased my Kauai vacation retreat. I have stayed at many wonderful resorts on the Island. Kaha Lani is my paradise. I employ a highly reputable vacation rental management company to professionally serve my guests. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since my Property Management Agency is local, my guests are dealt with directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!

What makes this condo unique

Kauai is a vacation paradise. This Island caters to vacationers. You will NOT experience a bustling business commercial distraction. So many adventures to partake in. After a hike in Bali Hai, or Ziplining, or Horseback riding, or whatever activity you favor, you can retreat to the pool, the beaches, BBQ or in-unit cooking, or just watch a movie in the condo on or around Kaha Lani. That's what I do when I return to the Island. But, there is so much more to do and discover. Whatever lodge you decide to stay in, I encourage you to choose Kauai.

Perfect location. We want to thank you again for are wonderful stay in the fall of 2015. This condo has everything you need to feel at home. Best Island

Loved this island and location! Condo was central located to easily go to both sides of the island. Wonderful views and I loved the roosters! Nice pool area and really nice walking path Condo had everything we needed. It does not have a/c but don't need it-wonderful breezes from the ocean. The only neg I can say is we didn't stay long enough! We are already planning a return trip & would love to stay at this location again. Everyone that was very friendly and helpful.

Very Nice Unit

This is a very nice condo with all the amenities of home. It worked perfectly for us. The ocean view was fantastic, nice warm pool, easy access to beach and quiet area. The few minor adjustments that were needed were immediately responded to by the rental agency. The owner was great to work with and we will be staying at this unit again soon.

A place I would call home

This unit has everything. Well kept and clean. New furniture inside and on the balcony. The view is spectacular. Great walking beach. Warm pool. I would highly recommend this for any age including children. Thank you for all you did for us!

Love love love this place!!! Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Our mouths dropped when we first saw the view from the balcony. Had a problem with the stove. The maintainence people fixed it right away. Very pleased with this condo. Will be the place we stay when we return.
