This home has it all! Comfortable, waterfront location with unobstructed views of the water and the Olympic Mountains.
There is a large deck right off the main living area where you can BBQ, enjoy magnificent sunsets, grab your favorite book or beverage and relax on our comfortable lounge chairs, or watch nature’s show of bald eagles, great blue herons, and egrets. There's also a lovely grass area located right in front of the deck for little ones (and big ones!) to enjoy.
You'll become mesmerized by the tide working its way in or out. There’s absolutely nothing like beach front and our guests love to explore the beach! During low tide your can stroll for hours and at high tide, the options for water sports are endless...kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, swimming, canoeing, you can do it all here! There’s also great clamming, fishing, and crabbing.
We furnished our home with comfort in mind. The open concept main floor has been fully updated and has Pottery Barn furniture. There is a sitting room off the kitchen, a dining room, a powder room and a media room which has a large sectional sofa, 70" TV and an oversized reclining leather chair. Next to the main floor media room there is a 'fort' style kids bedroom / playroom that has 3 twin beds, toys, and games galore! We also have a large deck with comfortable lounge chairs, upholstered couches and a dining table that seats 8 people.
The master bedroom & ensuite bathroom is privately located on the upper level of the home. It features a king size bed with good quality linens and a large soaking tub.
The daylight basement level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Bedroom #1: includes a queen size bed and custom built in storage with a large closet;
Bedroom #2 & #3 each have two twin beds and a spacious closet;
The house is about 3200 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two family rooms, and an open floor plan all in a sunny, southern exposure.
