Our stylish NON-SMOKING and beautifully decorated 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage home is situated 5 blocks from downtown Phoenix. Two blocks to light rail or a short walk to the heart of the city, provides easy access to the most visited attractions popularized in Phoenix.
Built in 1998, and recently renovated & modernized, this home truly provides the amenities and comfort needed for a memorable stay in downtown Phoenix Arizona. With living room, large open kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent elegant dining room this space is perfect for small gatherings, conversation and relaxation. 3 bedrooms and 2 full luxury bathrooms can provided up to 6 people there own private space. We also have available a twin roll-away for a 7th guest (please request upon booking).This home also provides a pack-n-play and highchair for quests with a young child (please request upon booking). The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, for those guests who prefer to cook and eat at home.
Enjoy beautiful fall, winter, spring weather, and summer evenings with our outdoor living areas. Two large patio's with BBQ and comfortable seating as well as a spacious park-like backyard with gazebo retreat and city views can provide an outdoor getaway for your pleasure.
Entrance to our home is key-less. All guests will be emailed an access code that will allow them to enter. After entering the access code guests can create their own private code to use through their stay. Guests have access to the entire home, yards and 2-car garage,(note:If garage door openers are lost or not returned, there will be an additional $50.00 charge for a replacement). Two bedrooms share a full bath while the master bedroom has its own master bath. The only area the quests do not have access to is the supply closet in the garage used by the cleaning crew.
Interaction with Guests
We enjoy keeping in contact prior to arrival and meeting our quests upon arrival. However if time does not allow we are always available by phone or email and eager to provide information that will make the stay a memorable one.
The neighborhood is usually very quiet. A comfortable easy 15 minute walk to downtown Phoenix including the Phoenix Convention center.
The 12th St light-rail station is 2 short blocks from the house. It can take you to/from the Sky Harbor airport, as well as downtown Phoenix is one stop away.

About Danny and Roland
Roland and Danny enjoy providing guests a memorable stay in downtown Phoenix Arizona. Both of their 5-Star properties are an elegant expression of relaxation and pleasure while the location is perfect for everything Downtown Phoenix. Roland is a Naturopathic Practitioner, Clinical Nutritionist and Clinical Master Herbalist and Danny is a massage therapist; both practicing in the greater Phoenix area. We both moved from Sacramento California to enjoy more outdoor activity and the endless sunshine of Arizona.

We love the location of this property due to its proximity to popular locations in the downtown area. Just a short walk to the 12th Street light rail station takes you to many areas of interest in downtown Phoenix, or locations of north, east, and west Phoenix without the need for a car. The most popular restaurants, bars, concerts, sports events, and business interests are just minutes from the house. A jump on the light rail or a short 10 minute walk down Washington Street takes you to the exciting lifestyle of downtown Phoenix. We love this area!! Substantial savings buy not having to park in downtown where parking has recently increased. $3 to $4 per hour at meters and garages. And $30 to $40 per night at hotels.

Convenient location, great house, lovely yard!
We stayed here for 3 nights with 6 adults and 1 child. We had a great stay, with everything we needed to make breakfast after a quick trip to the grocery. Lovely home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Danny and Roland could not be more gracious hosts! They were there to greet us when we arrived, gave us a nice tour of their home and it's amenities, provided us with instructions on how to operate everything and answered any questions that we had. The house was not only immaculate and beautifully decorated but, there were fresh flowers, chocolates and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy during our stay. We could not have found a better place to stay (or better hosts) during our weekend in Phoenix and we hope there is availability when we visit the Phoenix area again in the future. Thank you Danny and Roland!
This property will not disappoint!!!
Roland and Danny were there to greet us when we arrived (girls trip 3 of us traveling) which was very special. They showed us around, gave us tips on dining, light rail, etc. Extremely clean and comfortable - the beds are as good as the Westin “heavenly beds”. All the amenities were TOP NOTCH, the kitchen was fully stocked (we even stayed in one night and made a great meal). The back yard is inviting and has plenty of seating to enjoy the desert evenings. Located 2 blocks from the light rail station, easy to get around. Would highly, highly recommend this home. We will most definitely be back again and again! Thanks again for everything, Danny and Roland - you’re the best👍�
We had five ladies stay together this past month, and the accommodations could not have been more perfect! The house is gorgeous and there was lots of room for all of us. Beds were comfortable, backyard was beautiful everything was perfect. Would highly recommend. It’s only a 15– 20 minute walk to downtown too!
