This home is "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as TP, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, napkins and toiletries.
Manager provides live in-home guest support from 8:30am-10pm and Accidental Damage Protection coverage up to $1500 per reservation for accidental damage to the property.
~Max of two pets at $15 per pet per night; acceptance of the terms of the Pet Policy is required.
~Discover, Visa or MC accepted for payments.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is required at the time of reservation.
~Cleaning Fee is $120.
~Rates are based on 6 person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 6 people. Maximum Occupancy is 8 people.

Reservations may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason.
