My buddy and I stayed for 5 nights , the cabin is spotless and spacious . We enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the grounds . Thumbs up to Brad!
Awesome cabin in the woods
Great Mountain location. Would highly recommend. Brad is a great owner and even dispatched his HVAC contractor over the Easter weekend to accommodate us. Will be going back and I do not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend.
Purely amazing cabin, perfect location!
We truly truly enjoyed every second being at this cabin and every corner of this place. From the main floor to the loft and down to the basement for a game of pool, both floors have a kitchen and televisions in every bedroom and living area even though we didn’t spend too much time watching them. It’s just so comfortable, all the essentials that you have at home are right here, but no stress! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, and the area is so serene- just breath taking views- we were in awe of everything. The river or creek is right there, the sound is hypnotic! We had no problem getting to the cabin, no frightening driveways like I’ve experienced in the past with cabins high in the mountains. Although the cabin is secluded you’ve still got neighbors along the way but not too close for comfort. We are already planning our next trip for the spring and will definitely go back again in the fall. The cabin is close enough to the grocery store, Asheville and Hendersonville but far enough away for the enjoyment of feeling the solitude. I completely recommend this place for even just a couple to a large family, there’s plenty of places for sleeping and 3 floors for everyone to have their own space if they wanted it. Communication between us and the manager/owner was fantastic. After strong winds and rain the area lost power for a very brief time and he was helpful and informative during that time just letting us know that the power company was working on the issue. Didn’t bother us really one bit because we had 2 fireplaces to keep the place warm and a gas grill where we cooked a delicious breakfast! I gave this place 5 stars because it’s the most I was able to, but truly I give it a 10! I’m so happy to have discovered this home away from home.
Great location. Very nice cabin like feel. Private. Close to a lot.
Overall great experience. Clean and cozy cabin. 10 minutes from Mills River. Very close to hiking.
Only negative is that it only sleeps 2 couples comfortably. With small children you can sleep 6-8. With adults only 4 unless 1 couple would like to sleep in living area pull out or air mattress in basement. Loft pull out is not true pull out.
We fell in love with this amazing cabin!
You guys, we have stayed a lot of places around the country and this is the best by far! It is secluded, yet super close to all things to do near the Asheville area. The decor is perfect, it's extremely clean and not cluttered at all. There are honestly just no words that can describe how amazing this place is. My husband and two small children had such a wonderful time here and were able to rest and relax. We will definitely be coming back!
