Brad -

I just wanted to drop you a message and let you know that the cabin was perfect. Really a Class A location and very well maintained and decorated. We fished all of the local streams with great success and then had the perfect place to return to at the end of the day. We loved it. I hope to return.

It is a getaway into the mountains and nature of NC! My family, friends, and I had a wonderful time

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed sitting outside o the porch listening to the frogs and cicadas. They had the porch decorated with beautiful ferns. Directions took us right there too. Great way to unwind. The teens and adults enjoyed the downstairs and playing pool. We even had an opportunity to row out in the pond. Thanks for a getaway place to take in nature and visit with family and friends.

Very much enjoyed

  • 5 of 5

Cabin was well equipped, super clean and lovely. We would highly recommend. We most enjoyed the hose that was available to wash our dog who rolled in something terrible on a hike. This is one of these details that work our well for owner and renter alike!. So glad I brought that dog shampoo!. But all kidding aside, everything rocked. We felt like we were staying in a well care for home and not a rental. The pool table was icing on the cake. Nope, don't play, but enjoyed pretending. Thank you

Exceptional rental property!

  • 5 of 5

We've stayed at rental properties throughout the US and other countries and this house stood out among them. It was extremely clean when we arrived. During our stay, we found the house to have all the amenities we needed. It was very comfortable for all four adults, our 10-month-old grandson and our grand-dog. The setting is very peaceful and quiet at the end of a semi-private driveway. It's only 10-15 minutes from a great grocery store, gas station and other retail options. We highly recommend you consider this property if you want a quiet mountain getaway about 20-30 minutes from The Biltmore and Asheville.

Red Fox Den

  • 5 of 5

great cabin, nicely kept. quiet little corner. just what we needed.

has all the basics you need - just add food and fun.

our trip began with adventure soon as we arrived... a storm had taken out power to the whole area.

a few hours later we were power on, setting in. definitely would go back when we find ourselves in the area again. close enough to Asheville but away from the crowds and traffic. close to Blue Ridge Parkway.

This cabin is up to date, very clean, very tastefully decorated and furnished. Plenty of cookware and utensils, very comfortable rocking chairs on the wraparound deck, lots of entertaining space upstairs and down, snd surrounded by woods. You do you have to travel on a gravel road during the approach, and pass by several other full-time occupied homes and cabins, but the cabin itself is in a quiet area. We went in early spring when the leaves weren't fully out on the trees, and were able to navigate the words and find deer trails to hike on. We took our two dogs with us and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside is that it is 15-20 minutes to any Grocery store or restaurant. Overall, I would definitely recommend. It is amazingly well kept.

Quaint cabin nestled in the trees high above a peaceful pond!

  • 5 of 5

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin. This story book cabin was the perfect retreat for us. Close enough to shopping and dining yet secluded and quiet . We built a fire every night and kids and dad fished every morning. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend, hope to visit again! T Meyer
