You'll feel right at home in this spacious unit comprised of 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Area and Outdoor Patio. The Master Bedroom has a Sumptuous King Bed, 37' Flat Screen TV and Sliding Glass Doors to the Outdoor Patio. The Master Ensuite has a Spacious Bathroom with a Double Vanity, Linen Cabinet, Walk-In Closet and separate room with Large Oval Tub/Shower Enclosure and Toilet. The Guest Bedroom 1 has a Plush Double Bed and 37' Flat Screen TV. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds with a small Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is comprised of a Toilet, Tub/Shower Enclosure and Built-In Linen Cabinet. The hallway contains the Laundry Closet with a Full-Size Washer and Dryer. The Living/Dining Area has an Abundance of Windows and Tasteful Furnishings with a Gas Fireplace and 50' Flat Screen Smart TV, DVD Player and High Speed Wireless Internet. The Kitchen comes Fully Equipped and includes Dishwasher, Microwave and all the necessary appliances and tools to prepare fabulous meals. The French Door in the Living Room leads to the Outdoor Patio with 4 Chairs and Side Table for enjoying a Morning Coffee or Evening Cocktails. A Private Covered Parking Stall is located adjacent to the unit with plenty of Visitor Parking close by as well.
This Peaceful Complex is well-maintained with beautifully manicured lawns, flowers and mature trees and a tranquil water fountain at the entrance. It has 2 Pool Areas with Jacuzzis, abundant Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas, and Covered Ramadas with Tables and Benches for Outdoor Dining. Charcoal Barbeques are located throughout the complex. There is a Spacious Fitness Facility which is open 24 hrs. as well as a Lighted, Fenced Tennis Court.
Adjacent to the Complex is Silverado Golf Course and across the street is McCormick Ranch Golf Club which has 2-18 Hole Courses. Also next to the complex is the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt which is 14 miles of Paved Pathways designed for Walking, Running and Cycling which runs through Golf Courses, Parks, around Lakes, past Sporting Facilities and provides Scenic Views of Desert and Mountains.
A short walk west takes you to the Scottsdale Seville Shopping Plaza, where you'll find Starbucks, numerous Restaurants, Retail Shops and Services. Across from the Seville is McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, a great place for families with young children to enjoy rides on the Miniature Railroads, Antique Carousel, Spacious Playground and Museum.
A 5 min. drive east will take you to the Salt River Baseball Fields, Spring Training Home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies. Across the 101 Freeway is the Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Topgolf and Butterfly Wonderland. A short drive south and you'll arrive at Scottsdale Stadium where the San Francisco Giants have their Spring Training. Within 10 mins. in any direction you will encounter a plethora of World Class Restaurants, Golf Courses, Shopping at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Gainey Village, The Borgata, Fashion Square, and independent boutiques along the Scottsdale Rd. corridor. Numerous Luxury Resorts and Spas (Fairmont Princess, Westin Kierland, The Royal Palms, Omni Montelucia, The Sanctuary, The Phoenician, JW Marriott, etc) are all within close proximity of the property as well as Westworld (home to the Barrett Jackson Auction and Arabian Horse Shows) and the TPC Golf Course (host to the Infamous Phoenix Open PGA Tournament).
For the outdoor enthusiast, there are also 3 Lakes within a 45 min. drive and are great places to engage in Fishing, Boating, Waterskiing/Wakeboarding, Scuba Diving, Sailing, etc. The surrounding mountains offer many activites such as Hiking, Mountain Biking, Dirt Biking, ATVing, Back Country Jeep Tours and Horseback Riding.

Originally from the midwest, we came to Arizona for winter getaways and were so captivated by the ceaseless sunny days, fabulous weather and multitude of outdoor activities that we packed up our lives and moved to Scottsdale. We have never looked back or regretted our decision.

The location of this property was perfect for us when we moved here as it was centrally located and close to both of our workplaces. We love the proximity to amazing restaurants, spas, shopping and recreational trails as well as the short drive to the airport.
We fell in love with the complex because of its quiet, peaceful surroundings and well-maintained grounds. We truly enjoy sitting on our patio with a glass of wine and watching the sun set and our view of Camelback Mountain.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The complex is central to most of what Scottsdale has to offer and quite close to the 101 for trips to anywhere else. Everything was clean and in great repair and we look forward to visiting again.
Everything abou this condo was excellent! It is in excellent condition, well furnished, well supplied, beautiful grounds, secure. It has 2 pools(one warmer) and tennis courts. It is well located. It is next to the walking/biking path, Silverado golf course, railroad park and across the street are restaurants, shops etc. Probably, 5-10 min from spring training, old Scottsdale, supermarket, fashion mall and many restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! I've already told many friends about it.
There are only 2 things we didn't like but got over and the owners can't do anything about!
1) it's on the second floor. Stairs only.
2) the balcony is small and built up so so you don't have any sort of view unless you're standing.
We booked this condo in Scottsdale for location and the various features available such as 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and had all the features we needed. The large TV worked out well for watching movies and TV shows. Kitchen was well equipped. The only issue we had was using the key to get into the pool area - a little tricky to get it to work, but not enough of an annoyance to lower my rating.
We were with-in a 10 minute walk to a sports bar / pub called Blue-32 which we ended up going to twice. I recommend it as well.
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo with trees outside the windows and a sunset view of Camelback Mountain from the porch. Our grandson loves to walk to the train park next door, and it's nice to go for a stroll in the other direction along the green trails across the golf course. The restaurant at the Silverado golf club is nice for lunch outside on their veranda....and a short walk away. One can also walk across (under) the street for coffee at the Wildflower Bread Co. In the car, this is is a good central location for Scottsdale, easy to get to the main highway to go to the state parks in the mountains, or to get to downtown shopping areas. We appreciated being in a place where you don't have to get in the car all the time, and where we had plenty of space to have our son and his family over for diner. We'll be back!
