This house has it all: Easy walk to Main Street restaurants and shops, 3 Master suites w/ King beds, and a bunk room that sleeps 6. We set this up to be perfect for 2 families who want an ideal layout for a ski vacation. The modern home is 3 levels, with radiant heat throughout, nestled in the heart of Old Town Park City. It’s located on Norfolk Ave between 10th and 11th Street, 2 blocks from the Town Lift. With four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, this home will comfortably accommodate 2 families for a max occupancy of 12 people. The home is laid out with 3 master bedrooms with king beds and a 4th bedroom featuring 4 custom built bunk beds and 2 trundles. It is located between the Town Lift and the Park City Mountain Resort Base- you can walk to either to start off your day of skiing or snowboarding. Main Street restaurants are a short walk away. If you choose to drive, the home has parking for 3 cars, 1 in the garage (large enough for SUV) and 2 in the heated driveway.

The back patio has a private Jacuzzi and gas bbq and outdoor seating area. Each bedroom has a flat screen w/ Direct TV. There are also TVs in the living room and upstairs lounge area, 6 total. The bunkroom has a Blu-ray/ DVD player and Xbox 360 w/ Kinect. The spacious TV lounge area has an HD LED TV w/ Blu-ray/ DVD and Wii gaming system. Tell your kids to bring their favorite Xbox and Wii games, and enjoy some adult time on the main level away from the gamers. Take advantage of a beautiful, modern kitchen or outdoor gas grill to prepare food from the comfort of your vacation home with state of the art stainless appliances, or walk to one of the many delicious dining options in the area.

The home was built in 2007 and is thoughtfully laid out as a modern ski home. We bought it in 2013 and completely renovated and updated it in the summer of 2013. The lower level features a heated driveway, over-sized garage (SUV ok), mud room w/ a commercial boot dryer for 16 boots, ski racks, built in cubby system for storing ski gear, hooks for jackets, large bunk room w/ built in bunk beds and 2 trundle beds. The kids will love their own space on the lower level complete w/ bean bags and an Xbox 360 w/ kinect. The main floor has the formal entry, living area w/ TV, dining table, 1/2 bath, modern kitchen, and Master Bedroom #1. If you are a chef, you will appreciate touches like the KitchenAid stand mixer and pizza stone. Master #1, with its own bathroom, is on the main floor and has access to the back patio where the Jacuzzi and bbq are. The upper floor has 2 masters on opposite ends of the house, each with their own bathroom. In between is a TV lounge area w/ a sectional couch, TV, and Wii. New (summer 2013) washing machine and dryer are in the upstairs laundry room. All furniture, TVs, and gaming systems were acquired in summer of 2013 to insure a hassle-free, luxurious vacation.

A Jacuzzi is key to any ski vacation and we’ve got a killer Jacuzzi to soak away the aches and pains from a day on the slopes. The J-365 provides for the one of the greatest possible Jacuzzi experiences. Constructed with 32 PowerPro® jets, this Jacuzzi comfortably seats up to 7 adults. Enjoy the company of your whole group, with each individual experiencing a tension releasing massage, or settle into the therapy seat for a full back massage. The interior of the J-365 is precisely modeled to seat guests as comfortably as possible. With comfort like this, you might be hard-pressed to find reasons to leave your vacation home during your stay.

The house has 3 Master bedrooms w/ King beds. No rooms are next to each other adding privacy. 2 Masters are on the top floor at either end of the house. 1 Master on the main floor and a custom bunk room on the lower level. Lovely Home with Pros and Cons

Pros: Great floor plan and decor, heated ski room, great kitchen & supplies (with the exception of gross pots & pans/dinnerware was all mineral stained until right detergent was used)

Cons: Hot Tub Folliculitis - Pseudomonas bacteria - had to visit urgent care and take Cipro for 5 days, no window treatments in the bathrooms, stained bedding, long walk for kids to ski

Owner's Response: Amy, Reading this review, I think you were very generous with your 4 stars. I’m sorry that you had this horrible experience. I agree with you about the hard water in Park City, which is why we installed a reverse osmosis system for the house and a filter in the kitchen for drinking water. I’m not sure how old the 6 children were that stayed with you, but our children walk in their boots, and other reviewers have commented on the convenient location for both walking to the ski access 2 blocks away at the end of Norfolk and walking to town. Our address is 1039 Norfolk and anyone see the distance on Google Earth/ maps. Regarding the jacuzzi, it is a top of the line model that was purchased new for the 2013-14 ski season, and we have it professionally serviced every week. After your stay, the jacuzzi maintenance people did comment that the water was noticeably dirty. We have a property manager who looks after the home and are quite diligent about the maintenance. If the water became dirty, we have John there to take of problems right away. I do wish you had called him to get it drained and treated. I sincerely apologize for your infection. We will gladly offer you a discount should you and family ever come back. -Millie & Charles-

Beyond our expectations!!!

This home was beyond our expectations in every way. The kids had a blast, as did the adults. I have never stayed at a VRBO with amenities like this home. Glassware, serving pieces, cooking utensils, bath towels, pool towels you name it this place has it (and high quality). The owner and property manager are delight to deal with.

We will certainly be back.

Great Park City House

This beautiful home is in a great location walking distance to main street and town lift. Everything inside the home is high end and beds were super comfortable. Millie & Charles are very responsive and easy to deal with and so was the local property manager. We would stay here again.

Charming and stylish Park City home

This house has a perfect layout for two families traveling together. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is in easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and the Park City Mountain base area. Our kids loved the downstairs bunk/game room. They were sad to leave. We hope to return to this beautiful place for ski season!

The room configuration is why we bought it- the 3 masters with their own bathrooms, and the downstairs bunk room for the kids to have their own space away from the main hang-out areas makes it comfortable for two families under one roof.
