Dette lejlighedshotel er blevet fuldstændig renoveret fra top til bund, front til back! Fantastisk udsigt over bugten fra køkkenet, stuen og rygterrassen! Denne ejendom er en strand elskere drøm!

Denne ejendom er lige øst for Seagrove Beach og vest for Camp Creek, "midt i det hele", som Scenic 30A har at tilbyde! Selvfølgelig er de smukke strande topattraktion, men Seagrove er også hjemsted for 2 kystdune søer (Eastern Lake og Deer Lake), der er perfekte til kajakroning, padle boarding og økosprloring. Ligesom resten af 30A, er Seagrove også hjemsted for mange lokalt ejede restauranter, der udstiller lokale fangst-, butiks- og specialbutikker, flere golfbaner er i nærheden, og bekvemmeligheden af en fuld service Publix (købmand) butik er gemt væk bag frodige grønne samfund har at tilbyde.

Hvis alt ovenfor ikke er nok, så er Destin, der er kendt som "verdens lykkeste fiskerby", kun omkring 20 miles mod vest.

Wonderful and much needed vacation

It is a beautiful condo and was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We truly loved everything about it. My only complaint would be the washer and dryer. They need to be replaced. I only needed it for towels but they took hours to dry. My husband tried cleaning out the vents but it didn’t help. Other than that it’s a 10/10 and I highly recommend and intend to return next year.

The Best Hidden Secret on 30A

My beach visit

Great needs a little work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time and the location can’t be beat! It did feel a little moist and the you the place did have a smell. I did laundry before we left to come home but the smell was so bad I had to redo the laundry once home. Kinda like a musty wet clothes smell. The condo was clean and was perfect for 2 people. Like I said cannot beat the location on the beach! The plug in the kitchen was very loose and would come out of the socket. I will say the air was so cold (which I loved) especially after a hot day on the beach. I did not understand the shower, it was only half covered and the floor would be wet when you got it. Could have used more than 3 towels for 2 people. The couch definitely needs to go! It is very uncomfortable and feels broken and stains are in the cover. I know it sounds like I am picking it apart but the positives really do outweigh the negatives. Just a few tweaks and I would rate as Atttttt

Perfect location right on the beach!

I won’t stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I ended up cutting my trip short because the condo, particularly the bedroom, smelled so musty and like mildew. The humidity in the unit was off the charts! I had the A/C turned down low, but it didn’t help much. I’ve stayed at many beachfront properties and never experienced anything like this. Everything felt damp and I ended up congested the whole time. Frankly, it made me not want to be in the unit at all. There were long dark strands of hair in the bed when I arrived. I called Harmony and the gentleman I spoke with was not helpful or concerned. He just sighed and said he could have someone come out the next day. I also had to call maintenance to come unclog the shower drain because I was standing in about two inches of water. (The maintenance man was fantastic! Friendly, fast) Oh, and the shower head is about 7-1/2 feet high. I’m 5 feet tall. This made for some very long showers since the shower head was not adjustable. Many fabric stains throughout the unit - curtains, furniture, bed sheets. Overall, very disappointed with my stay and this trip. The unit is lovely and the location was pretty good. However, it seems the unit isn’t given the care and attention it should be and that made for an overall poor experience.

Steps from the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a small issue when we first arrived with the code , we were given the wrong one ,but we got that corrected quickly. We were told the AC unit was not working, but they put a portable unit and some fans in until it could be fixed , it worked well . We had a wonderful Stay . The beach was so close and the condo was great .they had chairs for the beach . It was perfect for the 2 of us .

Great stay!

The view from the patio based on photo was that you could view the water but that was not the case. The outdoor showers were rusted and didn’t work. We checked out early because of musty smell. Overall it was a good place for the price point.

Fall at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here numerous times. The decor stays mostly the same. The bed is comfortable. The big change is the new building that dwarfs Ramsgate on the Alys Beach side. This seems to have caused issues with the internet signal. Have a backup hotspot if internet is essential for your trip.This year there was more of a musty smell but there is a dehumidifier in the bedroom which helps.The location cannot be beat. This part of the beach is perfect and we love it.

Fantastic Stay

I loved everything about our stay. The condo was as pictured, and having direct access to the beach was amazing. The only complaint I have (that I believe is mentioned in other reviews), is the state of the couch cover in the living room. It was very dirty and I highly recommend replacing it. We covered it with one of the blankets in the closet so all was good. I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Location

This location was beautiful. The condo building is quite old. We really enjoyed our stay and love this location however I am giving 4 stars only because the first initial day that we arrived our condo was not clean. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the strong smell of mold. There was mold throughout the condo on the ceilings and especially by the AC vents. Management was responsive to my concern. Also, the internet did not work whatsoever either on our first day. The following morning they sent out a technician to replace the router. Someone was also sent out to clean the mold but we had a running humidifier in the bedroom the whole stay that we had to pour out buckets full of water from the moist. Our main concern was the lack of cleanliness and growing mold which made us fearful to even sleep there the first night if it did not get fixed. For the price we pay to stay in a beachfront condo for 7 nights I would expect more attention to detail because cleanliness of a place you are going to sleep, eat, breathe, and lounge around in should at least be upkept to a higher standard.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is lovely. We liked having a security gate. The bed was comfortable. However, the unit itself was a disappointment. It is described as remodeled top to bottom and front to back. This unit is beat up and not very clean. Cabinet handles are "sticky", areas around light switches are dirty! There was mold in the shower. Electric plugs are loose. The furniture slipcovers were stained and ripped. There was also no mention that there is construction right next to the unit. We had to call for our codes on the day of our arrival. They forgot to call!
