South Mission Beach - 100 pies hasta la arena del océano con una cubierta frontal. Duerme 10-12.
[Puede combinarse con la unidad inferior 718 (# 7006161) que duerme 4-6.]

Unidad de nivel superior 4BR / 2BA, 1700sq. pie La cubierta tiene una vista parcial del océano, está amueblada con mesa, sillas, sombrilla, 2 sillas y una parrilla. Casa de estilo antiguo de dos niveles en el segundo y tercer piso, construido en 1985 con golpes e imperfecciones en una zona tranquila de la familia con vecinos muy cerca en donde se viajaron a pie.

Área de comedor interior tiene mesa y 5 sillas y 2 sillas plegables. También hay un mostrador de cocina con capacidad para dos. La cocina está equipada para las necesidades básicas de cocina y barbacoas.

1st BR tiene una cama de matrimonio;
2 º BR tiene una cama de matrimonio;
3ª BR tiene dos camas individuales;
El baño tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera y dos lavabos.

4th BR es un área de loft y tiene una cama king y dos camas individuales;
Baño loft con ducha y bañera separada con 2 lavamanos.

El LR tiene un futón reina y dos sillones. La cocina, comedor y sala de estar son un área abierta. El salón tiene un techo abovedado, ventilador y luces de cielo. Un televisor en la sala de estar que tiene canales limitados y que a menudo no funciona debido al mal servicio de cable en la playa. Lavadora y secadora están fuera de la cocina.

No hay aire acondicionado, pero la unidad se enfría abriendo todas las ventanas incluso en verano.

Hay 2 plazas de aparcamiento pequeñas para coches o SUV pequeños. Uno es un lugar de garaje y el otro es un lugar exterior cubierto al oeste del garaje, frente a los cubos de basura. Los SUV grandes o los camiones Ford F-150 o similares NO cabrán en ninguno de los lugares de estacionamiento. No hay estacionamiento en el callejón detrás del garaje. Hay estacionamiento en la calle, pero hay barrido de calles cada dos días a las 8-10 AM y no se puede estacionar en la calle durante ese tiempo.

Amazing Beach House – Perfect Getaway!

Our stay at Dave’s amazing beach house was absolutely fantastic! Mission Bay vacation

We had a wonderful time here. So close to the ocean and in such a nice area. Parking is tight. However, we had everything we needed for a great trip. It was a reasonable price for the area and access to the ocean.

Ship Shape Perfect Location

We have rented all over Mission and Pacific Beach and this was by far our favorite property. Excellent use of space, large kitchen and open deck. And the owner was a joy to work with. Thank you for making our family reunion the best!

Clean and close to beach

We had a great time! It was clean and cozy. There was a problem with the hot water and the owner fixed it fast with great communication. Super close to beach and other things to do. Loved it!!

Mission beach vacation!

Family beach week was awesome. We had a family from the East coast and one from the West coast. The house fit all 10 of us very comfortably. Great location, super quick walk to the beach. Plenty of shops in walking distance, we didn’t need our cars! Would love to stay here again!

This house is spacious and close to the beach. It had everything that we needed. Me and 4 of my sisters needed a quick beach getaway. Dave took great care of us. He even went out of his way to get a large stockpot for our seafood boil. I would definitely stay here again!

Terrific Mission Beach Getaway

Terrific location, large and well-equipped kitchen, and lots of space for families. It was really great being right off the beach, allowing for beach visits in the morning, evening, or any time in between. Parking is tricky with a minivan, but doable by carefully backing into the outside spot. We had a wonderful few days and loved staying at this beautiful Mission Beach home (wish we could have stayed a lot longer). Good host; recommended. Thanks so much!

Loved the location. The unit needs improvements.

This rental has a lot going for it. It's just off the beach with a lovely deck, two parking spots, plenty of room to sleep, and it's decently priced in a high-rent area. We were disappointed, however, that the furnishings were worn out and dated, the unit did not include basic toiletries, and the ceiling leaked when it rained.

Great beach access, perfect for family gathering

We stayed for 3 nights in February during a storm, and David communicated with us great. He looked out for us and made sure we were safe. The kitchen is great if you don’t plan on making meals, but warming up food. The kitchen is pretty bare of cooking supplies. No shampoo or blow dryer and the master is the loft bedroom with two extra twins and you can hear the noise below.

Week in San Diego

Everything about the property was great with one minor exception. The window blinds are in pretty rough shape and could do with repair or replacement - a minor point but because the rest of the place is great they stand out. We live near a military base so the planes weren’t a problem for us but if you’re not used to being near a flight path, bring earplugs if you want to sleep late. There were 5 adults and 1 teen in our group and the house was the perfect size for us.

Wonderful family on the beach and in San Diego

The property is a very short walk to the beach via the court sidewalk (less than 4 minutes). Front balcony porch is awesome. Being able to hear the waves from the porch was an added plus! Rooms provided sufficient sleeping accommodations along with privacy. Bathrooms (main floor and upstairs) allowed for much convenience for preparing for a days adventure. Kitchen facilities were super. The overall atmosphere is bright and cheery with plenty of light. Be prepared for jet noise all day and evening due to being on the flight path for takeoffs from Linbergh Airport. There is a CURFEW restriction for flights from 11:30 PM until 6:30 AM, but once 6:30 AM arrives, a steady stream of jets begin taking off. Due to the curfew, no issues sleeping through the night.

Good Location...needs deep cleaning

We came to the property for my daughter's 15th birthday. The property is ideally located very close to both Mission Beach and Bonita Cove. The property is roomy and much of it has been updated. All basic amenities were present. The reason that we came to the property was to be close to the beach and it certainly fits the billing. It is, truly, steps to the beach. However, the lack of air conditioning was a problem for us. It was hot and still. We needed to keep all of the windows open and many of the property's screens and window treatments need repair which led to (many) flies in the house. There was only one ceiling fan on the whole property and so it was somewhat uncomfortable. Additionally, since all the windows needed to be opened, we were subjected to (many) loud neighbors. In general...the property was good...but needs some modernization and definitely needs a deep cleaning. There was built-up dirt and grime throughout which was a little off-putting. While we recommend the property for its location, we would likely not return.

Partial ocean view from balcony. Half a street away from the ocean and 1.5 streets away from the beautiful bay! Two small parking spots, but they came in handy in that area. It’s a top unit with has 2 floors, one large front patio which sits 8 people and a bbq. The top floor, master has a cal min bed and 2 twins. Large bathroom with tub and a shower. This has a small patio but it was nice to leave that door open for the ocean sounds and breeze. The manager was attentive and always answered his phone when we called with questions. They were flexible with check in and check out times. They had a pack n play for our baby and tons of sleeping options. Most house rentals you need to do a lot of “checking out clean up and organizing” we just had to take the trash out, start the dish washer, and leave the keys in specific locations. So easy. The house is not very fancy, furniture from 80 / 90s, but this was perfect for us with a toddler or if you have kids. Or for a group party. Tons of sleeping and sitting options. They had very comfortable towels! Fluff and plush. They have beach towels as-well, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, a bike, life vests. We will be back! We would 100% recommended this location and property. We really loved how easy going and kind Dave, the property manager was. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful location

This was a family vacation that included grandparent, adult children with their teen age children. Everyone enjoyed it. We often have a much quieter secluded VRBO for our vacations, but this year we wanted a West Coast experience that included the beach. San Diego area was the choice. One family is from LA. The location was perfect! Although it is a very busy one with homes/condos in very close contact, we were surprised that the quiet hours (9/10pm-7am) were totally honored. The distance to the beach was about a block which was wonderful. We could see the ocean from the decks. There were plenty of beach toys/equipment like boogy boards, nice beach chairs, etc. David, the owner was exceptionally responsive to all of my questions/emails before our visit. And we were close to San Diego to take advantage of the city when we wanted to. Like other reivewers, we did think the home needed some updating, the carpet especially. There is a lovely smaller deck off the bedroom updstairs with a beautiful view of the ocean, but it is basicallly not usable as there is full sun with no umbrella. Furniture is somewhat rusted. We would have used that so much if there had been just a few additions there. The deck off the main floor is large, we ate all of our meals out there; plenty of chairs, nice grill. The kitchen is not as well stocked as other VRBOs we have stayed at. For 8 of us, there could have been more dishes and cups. There were exactly 8 dinner plates, but not 8 of other size dishes. We would have to run the dish washer more often than needed to have enough dishes for the next meal for example. Having said that, there were 3 drawers full of flatware. There is no AC, but quite a few fans. For the upstairs, we thought a more powerful fan would have been useful to blow in the air from the deck at night as it did get quite warm up there. There are 2 parking spots--which was great-- but they are very tight off a small alley way. Our cars fit just fine but larger cars I think might be more challenging. We would recommend this place for its location, and we had a wonderful family week there and again David, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great property! Family friendly in quiet neighborhood!

This property is perfect for families! Plenty of room and so close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and entertainment. We had 4 adults, 1 pre-teen and twin 2 year olds. There was a crib for the baby and sand toys, towels and chairs for the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

This location is perfect for families and adults. Close enough to walk to Belmont but far enough to be away from the noise. During our stay the BBQ grills didn’t work but we called the property manager and he replaced them right away. Wonderful stay at the property!

Great location and wonderful host

We had a wonderful time at this property. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach, even my father-in-law with mobility issues was able to make the trek to the shoreline several times over the week. The communication with the host was quick, and any and all questions were answered/resolved quickly. As forewarned in the listing, parking is VERY tight. We have a ‘19 Toyota Sienna and with a little maneuvering and a few curse words we were able to fit in the garage and get a Hyundai Santa Fe in the parking next to the garage. The weather was unseasonably warm and humid for September, so the lack of ceiling fans and A/C was difficult to acclimate to, but several fans were provided. I would recommend bringing large box fans with you just in case. Overall it was a great stay! The house was carpeted which made sandy beach living a bit messier, so bring house sandals! Great experience overall!
