About David Catalino
Grew up in NY State, and came to San Diego for law school. Love San Diego and have been here 35 years. Bought this property with my mother and sister and it is a family operation and we still take of all the details ourselves.
Why David Catalino chose Mission Beach
The property faces south and gets sun on the front deck all day long. Sunsets are visable all year long from the beach as the sun sets to the west over the water. This beach in South Mission (Lifeguard Tower 10) is the longest and widest beach area in San Diego (South Mission Beach stretching north to Pacific Beach). There is surfing, body surfing, volleyball courts and room for any beach game you want to play. You can also find an area of sand all for yourself.
What makes this Townhome unique
Quiet area with mainly families and small children. The action of Belmont Park and the roller coaster are short walk or bike ride north. New restaurant Draft near roller coaster has great food and 40 beers on tap. Upstairs is Cannon Ball for sushi and other seafood, drinks and sun. Other Attractions: Seaworld San Diego Zoo Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum Seaport Village Gaslamp Quarter Torrey Pines Golf Course Old Town San Diego Balboa Park Village of La Jolla Coronado Island Petco Park where the SD Padres play from April to September
