The host was in communication with me the whole time. They had a lot of snow the weekend we went and offered to let us change our dates but we decided to go anyways. We got snowed in Saturday and didn’t make our snow tubing appointment cause we couldn’t get our car out of the driveway but the cabin was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and board and card games to play. We will definitely be back again a d are already planning our trip next year!
Great cozy mountain cabin! It was below freezing for most of the weekend, but the baseboard heaters kept the house at a consistent and comfortable temperature! There are lots of games and DVDs there if you need them. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book this one again!
Beautiful, and convenient location. This cabin feels cozy like home, with everything you may need. Was a quick few minutes by car to Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing Park, and a few minutes further to the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster at Banner Elk.
The host was awesome and the cabin was just what we were looking for. We hiked trails until we were give out and the best ones were very close to the cabin. We hope to make it back in the spring and will stay here again if the cabin is available when we can come again!!!!
Another perfect stay.. we love this gem in the woods.. stayed here many times.. the host are the sweetest ppl you'll ever meet.. house is clean and cozy, and pet friendly thats a huge plus for us. .. we enjoyed mountain biking and hiking near by. See you at christmas... yes we love this cabin so much we rent. Holidays months ahead..
Very peaceful location! Just minutes from the blue ridge parkway. The cabin was super cosy, had everything you needed in there. Shower has great water pressure; plenty of towels; is pet friendly. The host is super helpful and very nice.
A quite relaxing stay.. the home was extremely clean, and cozy.. Definitely will return.. the leaves are starting to change colors, cool crisp nights, and hiking trails close by.. another perfect stay
Absolutely perfect stay owner was very patient and understanding when We had car trouble and had to do a late check out. Definitely top notch . We will stay again..
This was our third trip to this cabin, and it did not disappoint. We like the wide open spaces for our family to gather together inside or outside. The hosts are always quick to respond if we need to reach them for any reason. We usually go in the early spring, but I am glad we waited a little longer this year to allow the flowers and trees to bloom, because it is a beautiful area.
