Cinque Terre

The Cinque Terre is one of our most spacious end unit villas, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and its own private patio. The downstairs features casual contemporary furnishings, a large modern wood and metal dining table for entertaining, and a beautiful kitchen with wood cabinetry and all the necessities for creating your favorite meal. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one king and one full over full bunk bed with warm dark wood floors and the most comfortable mattresses available.

With dining comes great conversation, new friendships and memories. We invite you to visit our back yard area for all of your culinary needs! We have a plentiful garden with fresh vegetables and herbs available for our vacationers. Along with the fresh produce, grills and seating areas are available for guest to sit back, relax, and enjoy good conversation.

We hope you enjoy Plaza 2700's ideal location, close to many fine restaurants, shopping and only a three minute walk from Virginia Beach's famous boardwalk and beach.

Because we have multiple units, the calendar you see may not accurately reflect our availability, if the unit is not available at the time of booking we will call or email to discuss what comparable condos are available.

Do not rent

Arrived to find property dirty. Sand everywhere, beer bottles and old drinks out back. No toilet paper or bath towels as promised. When we did get bath towels, they were dirty and stained. Found a cockroach within minutes of being there, called and they offered to spray. Beds likely had bugs, as my husband had several bite marks which appeared to be bed bugs. Bunk bed room had top right underneath a filthy fan. My son woke up with a cough after the first night, so we didn’t let him sleep there for the rest of the trip. Comforter had blood stains on it. Ceiling fans and light fixtures covered in inches of dust. Total rip off. Do not stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: terrible accomodations were not as exoected. furniture was in a terrible state and sheets were dirty. when we informed the housekeeping lady who came to change the sheets we asked her if she had forgotten to clean or change the sheets and she immediatley went on the offensive. at which point bwe started to videotape the incident. when she realized we were video taping she got irrate and stormed out. there was sand under the pillows of the couch. we got moved to another unit and ended up having to clean that one as well.after looking at another that had no a.c. after 3 n 1/2 hours we finally were able to to settle in but we asked for a partial refund of 400 to compensate but were ignored. i disputed the transaction with my bank got a refund but YPB now is taking me to court. never stay there.

Property manager, Ally was very helpful. There were some minor problems with a few of the fixtures such as rusted, cast iron skillet, sink stopper broken and previous occupants left items in dresser drawer. These were all addressed expeditiously. Unit was very comfortable. 2nd bedroom needs a chair so that person does not have to sit on bunk bed to watch TV.
