Villa Afroditi is in a 2 minutes walk from the beach of Lagonissi in the vicinity of the Athenian Riviera, and as such it has an unobstructed view to the sea. It is located in the center of 5 acres land, surrounded by olive and pine trees.
The 160 sq. m house has 3 bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and beautifully decorated, each one with a balcony viewing the sea, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, a microwave and a dishwasher, 3 dining areas, one inside and two outside at the backyard with the barbecue area, and a spacious living room and a veranda with the staggering view to Saronikos, and the Aegina island. The sunset from the porch of Villa Afroditi is unforgettable. Satellite flat-screen TV and free wi-fi are also available. The walk in the garden and the terrace of the property is very relaxing and refreshing, and of course very appropriate for children and pets.
The villa is in 20 km distance from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, and 35 km and 26’ distance from the Piraeus Port. It is also 17km away from Sounion cape and the Temple of Poseidon and 35km from the historic Center of Athens.
Guests can find shops, taverns and seaside bars within 200 m t from the villa, as well as beautiful beaches.

Luxurious house by the sea

Actually the house is better than advertised. Roomy and comfortable with the most spectacular seaside views. I think I enjoyed the outside more than being indoors. Comfortable lounge chairs with a small pool overlooking the sea. What more can one ask for a vacation home?
