This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 3 cameras are located at the front of the home facing the front entry, 1 camera is located at the back of the home facing the back gate, and 1 camera is located in the backyard facing the back stairs of the beach. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Four cameras are not active while guests are in residence. One camera at the front doorbell records video and sound when activated for up to 15 seconds at a time

- NOTE: Guests are required to shower before using the hot tub to avoid damage from excess debris. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower right next to the tub

This was a great stay in a clean house with a one-of-a-kind view and location right on the mouth of the Necanicum River. Bright and airy with great lounging space and room for our 3 year old to play and run around. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a fantastic time. The house is clean and well maintained. The hot tub is a great perk. But the view was the star. Harley was very friendly and helpful. Hope we get to visit again someday!

We loved our stay and the house was close to perfect! The only issue was the futon / foldout beds in the upstairs side room was very uncomfortable. A real bed would make the house a 5* and would ensure a return trip for us! The home was charming and the beautiful estuary setting was awesome.

The views from this home were spectacular, neighborhood was quiet, walking distance to downtown, all items needed for cooking available. We all had a great time. Plenty of room for 3 kids, 6 adults. Seaside is a cute town with so much for kids to do!

Cute house with room for our family of 8. 2 slept on the futons which were not very comfortable but if you don’t need to use those all the beds were great. Pillows in master could use an update. Owners were easy to work with and they give you access to all the toys in the garage. Happy with our stay.

Awesome place to stay. About a 20 min walk from house to Seaside main street, direct access to estuary with great views from deck. Hot tub cleanest we've ever seen, and house very well taken care of. Mattresses are very comfortable. All appliances in great condition, and check in/out process was very painless. Overall great experience and we will be coming back!

Wonderful home in a great location for our family of 7 (1 teen, 4 adult children, and my wife and new). Beautiful setting. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Paddle boarding was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Very easy walk to activities downtown but much more quiet and private when back at the home

Wonderful House!

We really enjoyed our stay here in this cute house! It was super clean and well maintained. We loved having a washer/dryer and the hot tub was fun to use at night. We loved the decorations and the retro kitchen and the fireplace was so cozy to use on cold and rainy days. It's a short run or bike into town which was so nice. Would definitely stay here again!
