Cette maison de ville unique sur trois niveaux est située non loin du centre-ville de Lincoln, juste en face de la rivière Pemigewassett et du pic sud du mont Loon. Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au quatrième étage pour entrer dans cette maison de ville. Une fois à l'intérieur, vous trouverez la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon, ainsi que l'accès au petit balcon arrière offrant une vue magnifique sur la rivière. La cuisine complète offre tous les appareils, couverts, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine dont vous auriez besoin pour créer votre repas préféré. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes avec trois sièges supplémentaires disponibles juste derrière la table au comptoir de la cuisine. Le salon contient un canapé, une télévision à écran plat et un foyer au bois. Également à ce niveau d’entrée se trouve le placard à linge avec lave-linge séchant superposé. À l’étage supérieur, la suite principale comprend un lit queen-size et une télévision, ainsi qu’une spacieuse salle de bain attenante avec une douche vitrée fermée et une baignoire à jets. Les deuxième et troisième chambres sont situées au niveau le plus bas de la maison de ville, sous le salon principal. Une de ces chambres a un lit complet, un ensemble de lits superposés et une salle de bain complète attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés avec une salle de bain complète juste devant la porte.

Ici, profitez de l’accès à la piscine du Rivergreen Resort située de l’autre côté de la rue. Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et toute l’année pour occuper votre temps: shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d’attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et planche à neige, ski nordique, raquettes, randonnées pédestres, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

La piscine peut être indisponible pendant de courtes périodes en raison d'un entretien mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du pool.

The condo was very clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub accross the street as well. The only reason i gave a 3 star overall is because the beds were very uncomfortable...think buckboard.

Great Getaway!

Property was clean and spacious. Our family of 9 had plenty of space to spread out and relax. I love that the property was off the main road, but so close to everything. We will definitely consider this home again for our next trip to the White Mountains!

You can park your car and never need it if, like us, swimming in the river and walking to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters and shopping is enough to squeeze into a getaway. More than enough room for our 4 adults and 4 kids. We discovered this spot last year and it will certainly be our annual trip from now on.

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. The home was clean and well equipped. The master bed is firm which my husband likes for his back. The Jacuzzi tub is great for relaxing. Beautiful sound and view of the river. We explored the area including mt Washington and the lost river canyon. Ate at Gordis and everyone enjoyed their meal and the hospitality. Definitely recommend this home in Lincoln.

Very Satisfied

The condo was clean, updated, and bigger than I expected. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of thoughtful items for our use. The bed I used was a bit on the firm side. It was hot, but we expected that there was no AC. I would recommend adding it!

Very clean, comfortable condo, but instead of washer and dryer being on the main floor, that space would serve better as a half bathroom. There were 2 seniors in our party, and altho the stairs did not pose a problem when it was time for sleep, it was difficult whenever nature called. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location and property!

Great location with easy access to local attractions including walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool access at the next door bldg was great to have during the rainy day we had but be aware that access to the bathroom was not allowed (padlock). The condo is very specious with plenty of room for the family to spread. Overall great experience!

Fun, Relaxing time with the family

Spent lots of time on the balcony or down in the grassy area reading, listening to the river. Also two nice swimming holes within walking distance. We didn't venture out much due to Covid but didn't need to.The condo itself is very nice and super clean. Nice master suite on the top level with its own bathroom and great views. The kids had lots of room downstairs with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen had everything ( missing a cookie sheet, hint hint ) and was super clean and new. Our only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom – it was hard and not very comfy. No complaints from the others sleeping downstairs. The living room setup is nice with a super comfy couch along with the usual TV and cable. The Wifi was good and there was even a Playstation for the kids.Dealing Loon Mountain Reservations was a breeze - they were very helpful, answered all of our questions and were quick to respond.We are looking forward to coming back next year, highly recommend staying here.
