Esta espaciosa casa de 2000 pies cuadrados en las aguas termales de Sonoma fue construida en 1918 como la casa de vacaciones de la familia Spreckles y está justo al otro lado de la calle del Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn.

Hemos sido anfitriones de muchos fines de semana de vino, despedidas de soltera y fiestas de bodas. Nuestra proximidad a las bodegas y estar a solo dos minutos a pie del Fairmont hace que esta casa sea el lugar perfecto para su evento.

Esta casa solo tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Hemos creado áreas adicionales para dormir agregando camas cómodas a otras áreas de la casa, como la oficina y el porche cerrado. Nuestra casa es casi todas las camas, pero también tenemos una gran sala de estar, comedor y cocina como especies compartidas. La cocina y los baños se han actualizado, y la casa está cerca de todo. En el corazón del país del vino, este es un gran lugar para catas de vino, visitas al spa, bodas, etc.

Sonoma weekend trip

14 of us came here for my friend's bachellorette weekend. It was tight but perfect. We had good food, good wine, good hiking, and just a great weekend together.

The perfect house for a wine weekend.

The house is good, very well used. It is a house to which they have added beds in different rooms. Some of the rooms are compartmentalized by curtains instead of walls. We rented it for 6 friends who did not want to share a bed. We were looking for a place to stay in Sonoma for a weekend of wine and winery visits. For that, the house worked perfectly for us. The heating in the house works very well, the kitchen is spacious and has everything we needed. The dining room is perfect, with a large table. The outdoor area is quite large, with a very cozy firepit, although the garden would need some maintenance. Communication with the owner Alyssa was cordial. I would recommend this house to a group of friends looking to be comfortable, but without great luxury. They have a grocery store right outside the door and in the evenings there are several food trucks open late very close to the house.

Great Sonoma getaway

We were thoroughly impressed by this property. It was very clean, functional and had plenty of space and comfort for 4-6 people. We appreciated the property's location, its old Sonoma charm and Alyssa, the owner, was terrific. We will definitely be back to this property in the future.

Charming and Quirky

We rented this property for a retreat and get-together for seven of us. The sleeping arrangements definitely require some adjustments, but we're all friendly and flexible, so it worked for us. We especially loved the open areas and common rooms--spent long hours in the living room in front of the fire and at the dining table sharing meals and playing games. The location may feel a little sketchy when you first arrive (on a main road behind an auto repair shop) but feels secure and comfortable inside. Walking distance to some of the best Mexican food I've ever had (El Molino Central) and a wonderful tarot card reader (Kristine at Tarot Art Tattoo). All in all, a delightful weekend, and Alyssa was an awesome host--very quick to respond to emails and offer assistance.

Sonoma Wine Weekend

The home was an excellent value. It is designed to hold up to 9 people with a very cleaver use of bedroom space. The dining room was perfect for our group. We like to play cards and the dining room table was perfect for 8 people.

Sonoma Get Away

This home was very comfortable and very well stocked. As stated in other reviews, the bedrooms are connected.....you must walk through some to get to others, so not a lot of privacy if that is needed. It was big and spacious with a great living room and dining area. Also , there were 2 bathrooms which was a necessity for our family. Many of the other homes for rent only had 1. Area around the house is a bit congested as it is next to a small store so be careful when entering the street.

Amazing bachelorette house!

Our group had a wonderful weekend at Alyssa's house. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! We strongly recommend this place for large groups!

Girls trip

House worked out great for us! House was very noisy. Screaming, cussing Fight broke out last night around 2am & continued until close to 3am right outside the house. Can heat all the road noise, car doors slamming & people talking. Porch room is not dark enough at night. Other than sleeping the house was great. Would be nice if outside was groomed so you can sit out.

Great location, good for large groups

Pros: Location, plenty of sleeping options, plentiful towels / cooking supplies / seating / extra toiletries. A master bedroom with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Adorable and very useful welcome basket. And finally, an extremely responsive host who was helpful leading up to the reservation and throughout our stay. Cons: The bedrooms are basically all interconnected, with the exception of a bed on an enclosed patio. That said, it actually worked out fine for our group of 30-something year old women. As long as you know the people you're traveling with, no one snores, and you're all going to sleep at roughly the same time, it shouldn't be an issue. I would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again myself.

Perfect House for Large Groups

We loved staying here for my friend's bachelorette party. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and hangout. The location is also great for walking to dinner or taking a quick uber/lyft ride to the square, and the host is extremely responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed this trip and would highly recommend this house.

Perfect home base for a wine country wedding!

The property easily fit my 8 friends during a wedding weekend. Ample amount of beds (and very comfort) and a perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Love the large kitchen table and the back yard! Very short drive to grocery stores and wineries! I would absolutely stay there again!

Great home with everything you need!

Good location, very cozy and well stocked with those little extra things you might need. The outside of the house did not impress, its curb appeal is not the best. You have a big trash can in front of house that belongs to the store/bodega right next to it. But when you walk in, this house is amazing! It’s perfect for a big group. We had a group of 8 and we were comfortable. Some of the rooms are connected to each other, so in order to use the bathroom, for example, you’re going to walk past someone’s bed in order to get there. I think it has a fun layout with a lot of seating areas. The store next door is excellent for quick last minute shopping and the Mexican food they sell is delicious. It was a good location if you’re planning to go to different surrounding areas. Napa was about 20-30 mins depending on traffic. Great host and welcome basket was a sweet, cozy touch.

Great house in Sonoma!

I rented this for my wife and five of her friends to celebrate her 60th birthday and they couldn't have been happier. Cute, roomy house with all comfortable beds. The owner Alyssa went out of her way to make them feel welcome, gift baskets, wine, restaurant recommendations, all first class.

Great space for a group

I had a really great time celebrating my 40th here with my friends and family. Though we still had to drive, convenient location and the house has tons of amenities. Plenty of towels, supplies, and toiletries, and nice big table for a nice meal. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, you do have to fairly comfortable with the people in your group because the 2 bathrooms are within rooms. People who need an entirely private room would probably rather get a hotel room. However, we are all really close friends, so it didn't bother us. I even had my baby in one of the rooms with a bathroom, and he didn't get disturbed while he was sleeping. Communication with Alyssa was very good, too. She checked in and gave clear instructions even while she was traveling!

Sante, at the Sonoma Fairmont Mission Inn, is across the street from our home, and is recipient of the 4 diamond award, it is amongst the top-rated restaurants in the greater SF bay area! Also at the Mission Inn across the street, the Willow Stream spa allows all day use of the pools and spa area with purchase of a treatment or a day pass.

The full kitchen will allow you to pick up ingredients at one of the local markets or farmer's markets (every Friday morning), and enjoy the full kitchen and spacious dining room. Our home loves entertaining!
