About Debbie & Dave Tarca
I'm Debbie and my husband Dave is a Plumbing/Heating/Electrical contractor and runs his own business Acrat Plumbing/Heating & Electrical (handy when you run vacation rentals). I run Bodega Bay Rentals, LLC. We own Gull Harbour & Pacific View. I book, maintain and CLEAN. Yes... I personally do the cleaning. It's the best way to KNOW what's going on in the home. As a professed germaphobe I like knowing I'm providing guests with a clean environment (read reviews). Both college grads (Dave SSU Business/Debbie Pacific Union Nursing). We are active in our kids lives (college/hs). We've owned & managed commercial & residential property in Sonoma Cnty for 25+ yrs and have rented our homes in Bodega Bay since 2001. When not working we enjoy being outside working our ranch, hiking or playing at the beach. We've hiked Half Dome the past several years and have a slew of Spartan, marathons & triathlon's under our belts. If you see me around the harbour, it's usually with one of my furry friends enjoying this beautiful area! If you LOVE hiking...this is a great area...ASK ME! Our goal...YOU have a seamless vacation in a home that runs top to bottom. We clean/prep so have hopefully headed off any unwanted issues. We are local and available 24/7 to help at any time...even if just a texted question. Dave as a plumbing/electrical contractor....If an issue pops up...we respond asap. Our homes are self entry and guests given door code so entry at your leisure. Lots of extras. Questions don't hesitate to ask.

Gull Drive is the closest road to the Beach with two beach trails. We wanted a home as close to water as possible. Great views and an easy walk to beach and clubhouse.
What makes this House unique
Doran Beach is a wonderful location to enjoy with children; Armstrong Woods with its majestic redwood trees; Hwy 1 is a beautiful scenic Drive; the restaurants in the Bodega Bay area are fabulous!; Close drive to everything but far enough to feel like you are away from everything! As a family that travels we so appreciate when owners have pre-stocked THEIR homes well. I like to think we've done the same. A fully stocked kitchen with foil/ziplocks...dishes/pots & pans that are in GOOD shape...wine/bar glasses...seasonings; family supplies that include games, baby gear, beach supplies.... A home that functions and is clean is what I look for in a home. A hot tub that sparkles and works is a MUST. These are things we look for in homes we rent and wish for the same in our own.
