The house was very comfortable with great views. We loved hanging out in the beautiful upstairs living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the one night we stayed in and cooked dinner. The beach was right down the hill.

We had the fortune of staying at this house 6 years ago, so my wife and I knew when we decided on a beach weekend that we had to come back to this house. The house has nothing less than 10/10 view and ambiance. Quiet and peaceful during a busy summer weekend. It’s the second house from the beach, so everyone in the family could easily get to the beach in just a few steps. We love this house. Comfortable beds, great kitchenware with all cooking materials on site.

We LOVED this home! We picked this spot our annual girls trip (6 of us). The home was SUPER clean, cozy and steps from the beach. The view was spectacular and we never left the house for our entire stay except to walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning! Special shout out to Linda, the host. She was quick to respond to any and all messages and questions. Thank you for making this home so welcoming and special.

Beautiful Dillon Beach House

Beautiful home, clean and well appointed. Best for 2 couples and 2 children. Twin bed room is small but perfect for kids.

Exquisite home in Dillon Beach

Beautiful home with wonderful finishing touches. Amazing kitchen. Amazing views. Easy access to the beach. Hot tub is always a plus with our 8 year old, she can't get enough! I'm obsessed with the master bathroom. Everything was beautiful. Biggest bonus is access the washer and dryer, which is a must when visiting the beach with kids.

Great spring break stay

Very nice property and great location with just a short walk down to the beach. We stayed over spring break and really enjoyed spending time at the beach and in the home. The home is well stocked and the kids enjoyed warming up in the hot tub after cold beach days. Linens and towels were good quality. The home is very nicely updated. Two issues we ran into that need to be addressed by property manager: Roku boxes provided for TVs do not work even after charging remotes. Gas oven put off concerning natural gas smell when used (not the range…the oven). We had to open windows and run the fan to compensate. The coffee maker does have a K-cup option even though property manager corresponded it was drip only. Otherwise a very nice property and nice stay.

Great Location

This place is in such a great location. Lots of sliders to let in the ocean air, you can hear the ocean outside all the time. Great view of sunsets over the ocean. The house is clean, warm when you need heat, streaming services on the TV. The section of the neighborhood its in, is private, so its fairly quiet. Mostly short term rentals on the street so stays on weekdays are very quiet. It was a great experience, i would do it again without a doubt.

Serenity and Bliss at the Beach

We spent four days and nights here and loved it! After having visited people in the house a few years ago we have always watched it for availability when we were ready to go. It just so happened to be available for four days when we wanted to beach it up during an inland heat wave and we jumped at the chance. First, the expansive and all-encompassing ocean views are the killer feature. Just captivating. Watching the surfers walking down to the beach in the early morning and then monitoring their wave-catches is a viewing sport well worth the time. Pouring coffee and holding the warm brew and gazing at the ocean (opening the door to hear its roar enhances the experience) is a great incentive to roll out of bed. Getting to the beach involves a short walk down a sandy path. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and condiments. A huge fridge allowed us to bring more than enough food for guests. While we did have a good amount of fog, it was soothing and mood-enhancing. The beds in the master and main guest room were very comfortable (It’s a KING in the master, not a queen) and both rooms were spacious. If you have a 6’6” grandson, the single beds might be a bit short but we figured it out. Restaurants are within 15 minutes and the barbecue worked great. We will be back. It was just what we needed.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful home, great views. Fun kitchen to cook in, and the spa is nice. Beds are comfy. Lots of places around the home to congregate or get your alone time. Very clean.

Amazing views

The house has the most amazing views. Loved sitting at the big dining table. Kitchen is well stocked and made cooking very easy. Lots of room for our family trip. Easy walking to the beach and the general store and restaurant.
