Stunning views and easy beach access make this waterfront (2,600 sq ft living space, 3,000 sq ft total, 3 bedroom / 3 bath) Townhome perfect for families and close friends. This property is truly best of the beach and the bay.

Feel right at home with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, outdoor grill, docks for fishing and your boat, Wifi and cable TV, washer/dryer, and garage parking.

Venture out to our world-famous white-sand beaches, great restaurants (including our pick for the best Grouper sandwich in Florida), charming shops, local fish-market, and colorful beach bars, all within a short walk.

The townhouse sleeps up to 10 people. There are 3 formal bedrooms on the third floor, each with a high-end queen size memory foam bed. To expand sleeping option for larger groups, there is a 4th full bed on the second floor next to the kitchen, and we can provide 3 roll out cots with linens upon request.

This Mediterranean-style townhome truly offers the best of the beach and the bay. The property is water front with absolutely stunning wide water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white-sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, fish from private docks, enjoy water sports on the bay, or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area.

With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this town house. Our most recent updates include fresh paint, new curtains, and new high end washer and dryer.

On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view.

The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse.

The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Sliding glass doors from the bonus room open up onto the back patio with a gas grill. Two docks are available for guest and resident use. The large bay is perfect for relaxing, fishing and water-sports.

There are several options for food and drinks within walking distance and some great fine dining within a short drive. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short drive and has something for everyone with restaurants, entertainment, and beach-themed shops. One place that you don't want to miss is practically next door. Wahoo's may not look like much from the outside, but for an authentic fresh-off-the-boat grouper sandwich, this casual local bar is the place to go.

About CRCM Vacations LLC

Our family started welcoming guests to Redington Shores 40 years ago, and as of March 2016 we became the owners of this townhome and two other near-identical units, and are happy to extend the tradition of welcoming guests to the beach started by our grandparents. Long since gone, long-time locals may still remember the charm of the old Sinbad Motel owned by our grandparents from the time when going to the beach meant putting a family in the car, stopping at a place that felt right, and enjoying a care-free week at the water. Our guests can now experience the best of Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf beaches with over 2600 square feet of Mediterranean-themed living space to call (vacation) home.

Very nice location for the condo.

Great location, nice and clean but a little bit outdated. The Ac upstairs it doesn’t work properly. It’s either too cold or too hot. For the price that we paid I guess it was ok.

Needs TLC

Location was perfect. Kitchen was perfect. First floor bath was perfect. Balconies were perfect.

Sadly, too many issues to give a 5-star rating:

- Floors were filthy; desperately need mopping.

- Master bath shower has no water pressure.

- Master bath sink (right), hot water tap dribbles.

- Second floor bathtub drain needs to be snaked.

- Second floor bath, sink faucet drips constantly.

- Master bedroom mattress sinks (A LOT) in the middle; only one could sleep in that bed and it was not comfortable for even one person.

- No remote opener or code for garage door.

- Living room furniture needs to be replaced, especially the sofa; you could lose a small child in that thing.

- Dining table chairs need replacing; one has a broken arm, two feel like one will fall through the seats.

- Not enough blankets; only two in the entire unit.

- A/C temperatures cannot be adjusted. Within a minute or two of changing the temperature, they both would default back to 74 degrees.

- Ran out of propane on gas grill just as we started cooking; no replacement to be found. Had to borrow tank from next door neighbor to finish cooking our meal.

Any one or two of these issues would be a minor inconvenience. However, this list goes on and on, and has adversely affected the rating we would like to give. This unit just needs some TLC to receive a 5-star rating from our group.

Our vacation was beyond amazing. However, we would not rent this particular unit again until we know all above-mentioned issues have been resolved. Truth be known, we are an easy group with simple tastes and expectations. We would like to make this an annual or bi-annual tradition ... and would love to stay here again.

Great home and great location!

We loved our stay. The house was big enough for our group of 10 and it was just across the street from the ocean. The bay view was gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting on the decks in the morning. We would definitely come back. The furnishings were comfortable and the house was clean. My only recommendations would be to provide kitchen towels and trash cans in all of the bedrooms. 5stars for a great week!

Fantastic location on the intercoastal waterway! 15 to 20 yards from the water

We reserved this large condo for our family and our in-laws. We had plenty of sleeping space and having a full kitchen including laundry was a huge plus. The bedding is new, comfortable, well put together. They provided beach toys, great kitchen utensils, parking was easy. We were a little concerned about the roof for keeping the temperature at no less than 74°, however the bedrooms on the third floor have a separate furnace/ac and receive most of the air so they were cooler than that. Easy walk across the street to the beach which was public. Close to kayak rentals and smoked fish market. We will definitely come back.

Clean and beautiful views!

This was a great rental between moving into new home. It had everything I needed to cook and live comfortably. Wish it had a garage remote, or code to garage. There is a marina next door and restaurants across the street and 2 blocks in each direction. The beach is across the street, 2 blocks but nit pet friendly. Great stay overall, exactly as stated.
