This is a delightful, newly decorated 2 bedroom, 1 and a half bath house located in the Historic District of Pass-A-Grille on St. Pete Beach. It is only a few steps from the white sandy beaches or the intriguing Intracoastal waters. You can view the beautiful Gulf and sunsets from the patio or in the home, while enjoying a cup of coffee. Take pleasure in outside cooking, dining and relaxing on a furnished patio. All leases must be 30 days or more for this property.
Enjoy fishing off the Gulf pier or along the Intracoastal walkway. It's my favorite!
This home away from home is furnished for comfort and ease. Our home is in a beautiful area for walking, biking and viewing sunsets.

This house is located within driving distance of manatee kayaking and swimming excursions, kayak adventures with guides, alligator attractions, the indoor stadium where the Tampa Bay Rays play, spring training locations for many other baseball teams, the Barnum and Bailey Circus Museum, the Salvidor Dali Museum, the Chihuly Museum, concert venues, and much more!
We are also just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg which is rich with culture, history, restaurants and shopping. If you don't feel like venturing very far though, Pass-a-Grille has a lot to offer itself. After a 5 minute stroll down the beach from the house make a pit stop at The Grille, where you can drink, eat, play cornhole (bean bag toss) and usually on weekends catch an arts and crafts fair with live music. Within a short walk indulge in savory seafood and meats from Shaner’s Land and Sea Market. This is also a great place to get items for grilling! Make sure to visit The Wharf if you’re looking for a locals place or head to the Brass Monkey if you’re seeking out a rowdier atmosphere. Be sure not to miss the rooftop at the Hurricane during sunset. What a great place to take pictures!

Although circumstances made it impossible for me to visit my dream home away from home ….the friends and family who did stay were surrounded by beauty nature and love. They said…. stunning location, responsive and kind owners, easy in and out, perfect home!
Excellent location with wonderful caretakers who were always available. Good restaurants within walking distance and the beach and a stunning sunset right out your front door.
It's like staying at your grandparent's lake cabin….a funky, charming,
mismatched, eclectic extravaganza! Unbeatable location, quiet and private. Sunset across the street out the front door and sunrise on the bay one block from the back door. How can it get any better?!?
This was our second time staying at the house. We were as pleased as we were the first time. It is well equipped, clean, very good, quiet location. Easy walk to the beach. We would choose this house for our vacation again.
Great place. Always look forward to coming back year after year. Awesome location, great views. It’s just what my wife and I like, low traffic and uncrowded beaches. Look forward to coming back next year.
We've visited Pass-a-grille since 2004. This is our favorite place. Nice quiet area, beautiful beach. The home has every thing you'll need to go to beach, everything you'll need to cook or grill. Beds are comfortable, A/C works great, Wifi & cable works great. I have no complaints..you can even watch the sunset from the front porch. PS: If you like to grill go to Shaner's!
We were there for a week of vacation near our college kids, and also had to work via Zoom while there. The new router worked great and the wifi was flawless all week. By the end we had 4 people on the network with no trouble.
Easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and evening ice cream. Amazing sunsets, shelling and beaches.
The house itself has plenty of room, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of beach toys and towels. We had everything we needed, and loved our stay!
We loved our stay at this beach house. The location was perfect and the house completely met our needs. We loved all of the little details and amenities throughout the home like books, notepads, towels, beach chairs, maps, etc. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all of the supplies you could need. We would absolutely visit again. Hopefully for an even longer stay!!
Had a great stay in this little bungalow. Had been here in the mid-90's when friends rented it for a year when they moved to FL. It was fun to have them over for dinner 25 years later! The house was clean and well equipped and has everything you need for a beach vacation. An easy walk to restaurants and the shopping on 8th avenue. Enjoyed the front porch and watching the sunset over the golf.
Rental process was very easy. Cottage was great. Conveniently located to the beach, area shops, restaurants and for fun walking strolls through the neighborhood. The bedrooms are a nice size and the owner provided all the beach amenities including chairs, towels, umbrella... The kitchen was equipped with a hone away from home feel. Bed was huge, AC worked great and the laundry machine was convenient. You can’t go wrong with this choice.
The accommodations were clean. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and everything you need for the beach as well as time in the house with great TVs in every room. Everything was in good condition and the stay was very pleasant. The location couldn't have been more perfect for a beach get-away for myself and my family.
This was our second stay at this rental. The house is clean, up to date and in a great location. The home has everything we needed and more, we can’t wait to stay again next year.
