Our owners absolutely love the feeling of Maui out of all the Hawaiian islands. Lahaina is a great town and we love the fact that it has not been overbuilt with high rises. It has quite a charm that can only be described by seeing for yourself.
What makes this Condo unique
We have a full kitchen which is nice and allows you to cook at home. The property also has outdoor BBQ's which ia great to grill fresh fish, burgers or steaks. Everything is in walking distance and you don't really need to rent a car which can save you money. If you need a rental for the day, there is a Hertz rental that is also in walking distance.

Cute, comfortable condo close to down town
Easily accessible (on the first floor, right by the front desk) unit. Everything was clean, kitchen stocked with utensils, coffee maker, etc. Was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and shops of Lahaina, as well as cook in. Great place to stay!

A great property!
This rental had everything we wanted. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, we had plenty of towels and washcloths, everything was clean and well-kept, and it was only a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as the marina. I would highly recommend it.

Below living Standards and pictures do not show the Dirt
The place was Dirty, TV didn't work in the bedroom....almost 2 weeks to replace it, Blind in living room dropped to the floor twice they came back to repair. All the plates and silverware were short pieces.....We could go on and on but it appears the Condo was never checked and gone through properly...... Michelle ( Property Manager ) tried her best to make it work but it appears she wasn't getting much help from the owners???
We stayed 5 weeks you would think the place would have been checked and ready for the new guests.....but not so !!!

As the office manager and the one who visited the unit personally to meet with you during your stay to address your concerns I take exception to your comments. What you showed me as unacceptable cleaning was an obscure corner baseboard and referenced an appliance cord behind the refrigerator. There were no other areas that you were able to show me that were dirty.Most of your references included not appreciating the floorplan of the unit, the cereal bowls were too small for soup, the knives were not sharp enough and not enough dish towels. We delivered the same day new dishware, knife sharpener, extra towels and we refunded you the cleaning fee all in our effort of good faith. You reported after a few days of your arrival that one of the TV's had a fuzzy picture. We replaced the TV. During one of our islands worst wind & rain storms resulting in island wide severe flooding and electrical services being down you called repeatedly about your dissatisfaction with the internet service and that the smoke alarms were beeping. We explained this was all weather related, however you did not accept this explanation and we went ahead and replaced all 3 smoke alarms anyway. Your reference to the blinds, we had no issues prior to your arrival at inspection or following your departure. We have a history of high repeat loyal clientele who frequent this unit. The owners immediately approved to replace the TV and items you took issue with, which is testimonial to their continued support and commitment to acting responsibly to their guests needs.

I would like to thank you for renting us this beautiful condo. We plan on returning for years to come! If I would have known how well stocked it was with the simple basics I could have skipped a trip to Wal-Mart.
