The overall property is nice. Bedrooms are dark and good for sleeping in. The view is amazing.I would recommend a DEEPER cleaning to include the ceiling fans.

You can't beat the view from this condo, waking up to the ocean & amazing sunsets! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking & plenty of room for us. My only issue, there wasn't enough pillows in the master bedroom & the ones we did have were really flat. We enjoyed our stay overall & would recommend this condo.

Great location and convenient walking distance to restaurants! Little hiccup with air conditioner towards the end of trip, called in and they had some one there promptly. It did end up not working again the night before we left, but we were checking out the next day which wasn’t a big deal! We will return to this condo again next year! We do recommend this condo!

My family absolutely loved 303 Oceanway. We loved that there was beach chairs already there, and my kiddos had a ball with all the sand and pool toys. Everything needed to cook was already there which extremely helpful as well. It was very clean, and beds were 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will be back!

This place definitely met every one of our expectations. The location to restaurants and activities were very close. The beach was actually closer than the pictures appeared. My family loved the option to be in the pool or hot tub as well as the gulf. When we first arrived the condo didn’t have an umbrella or cooler like the amenities stated. I mentioned it to the owner and they brought them out first the next morning! The beds were very comfy and the rooms were plenty dark. We plan to go back again next year and would definitely recommend this condo to friends in the future.

Great quiet stay on the beach!

We loved our recent trip! The unit was clean upon arrival. Not a trace of sand which was quite impressive. Beds were comfortable. Smart TV’s in each bedroom and living room. Fully stocked kitchen. Air worked well. Great location! Quiet complex, beautiful beach, never had to rush out for a front row beach spot, and the best view from the balcony. We will be back!

Great Stay - Afain

We have stayed in this complex for several years now. Although this and other units are a bit dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Excellent proximity to many great restaurants and a beach and sunset view that’s hard to beat.

Everything we hoped for, extremely comfortable with 5-star view of the beach and roomy balcony. Appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and dining room table big enough to seat 6 plus more.
