Welcome to Montecito Beach Holiday. If you are looking for a one-bed, one bath cottage within walking distance to the beach, tropical lush gardens, and clean design, your search can end here. From the modernistic to rustic charm, our Montecito Beach Holiday does not disappoint.

Upon arrival you will enter through a secured gate and park in the two car driveway.
The one-bed, one bath casita is ideal for two guests. The living area is equipped with a TV, fully stocked kitchenette with dual burner hot plate and microwave, and printer access. The bedroom, with a built in Queen-Sized Murphy bed opens directly out onto the back patio. The luxurious bathroom has a large two headed steam shower.

Montecito Beach Holiday is centrally located in Montecito. It is only a five minute walk to Miramar Beach, a seven minute walk to the Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort, a three minute drive to Montecito's Lower Village (great for shopping, eating, and drinking), and a ten minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. This quintessentially Montecito cottage will provide for the perfect experience here in the American Riviera.

This space is marvelous. You can tell it was built and decorated not as a rental property, but as a home. It’s beautiful and functional, spacious, comfy, quiet and peaceful. And the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Great location and lots of amenities

The place is well landscaped and well stocked for cooking, barbequing and just relaxing. The place is close to the beach, about a 7 minute walk and the neighborhood is manicured and nice and quiet. We had 5 adults and a child with us and we cooked in 4 of the 5 nights. The sonos worked wonderful
