This 4th floor two-bedroom features, 1 king bedroom & a 2 twin bunk bed each with private baths, and a queen sleeper sofa. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away. One parking space is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Great location and balcony

We loved our stay! Great location to walk all around Asheville. The condo was spotless and all furnishings felt brand new. We especially enjoyed the very large balcony from morning sun and coffee to evening wine by the fire pit and cards at the large table. Highly recommend.

Fall foliage

We had a great 4 days in Ashville. This property is very close to many nice restaurants and breweries. We visited a few. With that being said it also made for a noisy location. Think buses, firetrucks, ambulances and lots of sirens. Many earlier reviews complained about parking. We had a full size car with no issues. However, there wasn't a car in the space next to us. Our door code for the lobby never did work - so after several attempts we just used the garage access. A spacious and very clean condo. Bed comfortable - we only used one bedroom. The balcony is huge. We were only able to use it twice as the weather changed to quite cold, even with a firepit. Overall very nice if you can tolerate the noise.

Comfortable and in great location

This condo is steps away from breweries and restaurants. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and the fire pit was a bonus. It was nice to have linens and paper products supplied.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. Property was well situated, extremely clean and as pictured - a comfortable home base for exploring the Asheville area. Street noise is an issue on the balcony, but this is a minor inconvenience - would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our time! The location is in walking distance to everything downtown. There are tons of restaurants, shops and a market close by. The place was nice & clean and beds were comfortable! Biltmore Ave. is a busy street, so we often used the Lexington entrance/exit to walk to and from the downtown area.
