Good Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The unit was relatively clean and well maintained, but the location and access to the Outrigger resort's pool and beach was the highlight. Roosters woke us up early the first day but we were able to fix the problem for the rest of our stay by leaving the fans on at night to create some white noise. The only thing about the property that fell short was I was unable to locate the beach umbrella described in the apartment listing...otherwise the unit was well appointed and stocked with the essentials.

A week in Paradise

The resort is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the bbq area and pool areas. My husband is a contractor, so he wasn’t disappointed in some of the deferred maintenance on the condo itself. He mentioned feeling like he should be working on it. Example: the plumbing access holes in the showers, the broken, painted concrete with the rusted re-barb showing on overhead balcony. My sister-in-law and I would return in a heartbeat, but our husbands, not so much. We all loved the close proximity to all of our activities and Kalapaki beach and Duke’s.

Home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleasantly surprised when arriving at the villa. There were so many amenities that I wasn't expecting. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils plus spices, condiments etc. Beach chairs and coolers. The living room air con was old a quite loud and the patio furniture a bit worn but other than that everything was great!

Been coming to this property for 22 years now. It is definitely aging but this 2 bedroom unit had some upgrades and updates done. Very nice and comfortable

Wonderful Stay

Well stocked unit. Great location. AC a plus in the 2 bedrooms and family room. Towels need to be replaced as they were stained from the red dirt. That may be a losing battle though. Shower curtain also needed to be replaced as it was smelly and moldy. Washing the curtain helped with that. The unit would have gotten 5 stars if not for the prior. No bugs in the unit which is a huge plus for Kauai!!

Condemned buildings were concerning. Barbeques where clean and new, grounds were clean. Outside furniture was tired and worn. Coffee maker labels were worn off but could eventually figure it out. Floor mat in bathroom needs to be replaced. Carpet in kitchen was a trip hazard. Air conditioners were noisy and smelled. Need a car for amenities. Spacious for 4. Good instructions to locate unit and gain access.

Loved Our Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my son to Kauai for his birthday. He loves waterslides so I chose the Beach Villas since they have one in the resort next door. To our surprise, it was only a few yards from our villa and we had a blast. The facilities were amazing, there was a beautiful beach within a few minutes walk and our villas was large, clear, comfortable, and well-decorated. The kitchen had e everything we needed to eat almost all our meals there. We will be back again for sure.

Amazing place to stay for families!

We loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for more from the condo. Quiet, clean, and a 5 minute walk to the beach or pools. The chairs, umbrella, and cooler were so helpful for our family with a little one. The communication was very clear and provided all the information we needed when we needed it. Overall a great stay and for the price, can’t be beat!
