Majestic Sun 614b is a NON-SMOKING three bedroom, three bathroom beachfront condo in Seascape Resort. This unit has new owners and they have just replaced the living room furniture and mattresses. Take advantage of the resort's amenities while you're here. You'll love the on-site community pools, hot tubs, fitness area, golf, sports courts and town center with several restaurants, an ice cream shop, laser tag, concert venue and more! Not to mention beachfront views throughout the condo and beach access just across the street. And being located near central Destin, FL, your vacation experience will be like no other with nearby popular area attractions, restaurants, shopping, charter fishing and more. Just one stay at Majestic Sun 614b and it'll be your new favorite place on the Emerald Coast!

When entering the condo, you'll be greeted by the open-concept living area. There's enough seating for you, your family and friends to enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The couch even doubles as a sleeper sofa for larger parties. Access your private beachfront balcony just past the living area, which is fully furnished and perfect for dining al fresco. Or dine back inside, the dining area offers seating for six with three extra seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances for you to cook your favorite meal while enjoying your next Destin beach vacation.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the beachfront balcony and a private master bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a flat-screen TV and two queen beds. There's a guest bathroom with a spacious vanity and tub/shower combination accessible from both the first guest bedroom and the hallway/living area. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. Another guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is accessible from the second guest bedroom and the hallway/living area.

You'll have the entire condo as well as the private balcony to yourselves.

Guests will also have access to the community indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness room and beach. This condo is located in Seascape Resort, which also offers golf and tennis.

The views and location of this property can't be beat. We loved being able to walk downstairs and across the street to the beach. The views from the condo are incredible.However, this unit is very much in need of a deep clean and maintenance. It is very ill-maintained, beat up, and unclean. Broken blinds, broken cabinets, dented fridge, remotes with dead batteries, stove with a burner that doesn’t work, beat up doors, walls, and woodwork. Dirty and stained couches. Doors have layer of dirt on them where people close them. Everything needs a deep clean. Very thick dust on baseboards and decor. When you run the dryer, near the end of the cycle there is a panel behind the dryer that gets extremely loud and vibrates the whole unit, not sure what that was about. I do see another review mentioned this as well. Definitely cannot run dryer before you go to bed. We would not have chosen this unit if we knew how unclean and in disrepair it was.

This was the second time renting this unit. The view was awesome and location was perfect.Had couple of problems with the unit about noise coming from inside of walls. Still made noise when we left Hot water didn't work one evening manager had that fixed in one day. The host was there every time we called she was great. I will rent again

Condo was great, management company not so much

We had a fantastic trip and enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was extremely clean and had a fantastic view. The only knock on the condo was the listing stated that the bedroom with a twin bed had a queen size bed, but it was a full size. There is now way that is a queen size bed. It was extremely easy to get to the beach as it is a minimal walk. There are three elevators although one was down completely during our stay and on the last night of our stay another elevator went down which became a slight hassle with everyone staying there and only one elevator working. The Management company was where I had my most issues. I was told that I would receive emails prior to check in with information, but never received those emails. I even verified my email address with them, but after checking my inbox and spam, I never received any emails. Luckily, I was able to call and get my door code. Also, during check out, the hospitality app has different information than the check out list in the room. I am not sure which needs to be updated, but they both need to have the same information to limit confusion.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was everything! Very nice condo and I would stay again. I did notice that the master bedroom curtains needed cleaning. The bottoms looked as if they had been dragging the floor. There was only one elevator working which was very inconvenient. I also ordered a 2nd parking pass that I never received.

Family Vacation

This was a prime spot for a family vacation. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and the space of the condo that allowed us to be together. We did notice some dirty dishes in the cabinet, some bed sheets with a smell of body odor, and some dust accumulation in air vents. There was a broken wall mount to a sun shade that made it difficult to open and shut curtains in the master bedroom. With this aside, we still had a fantastic vacation.

Nice and quiet as you don't have noisy people walking by or elevator noise.No rental is perfect and this unit has some minor issues- frig icemaker overflows, living room blinds are old and hard to operate, Fan in master br is pretty loud. That said, this was our 2nd stay and we have already booked for 2025. Majestic sun seems to be well run, elevators are fast and sits close to restaurants, groceries, gas, ibmce cream, coffee joints - all very walkable.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Our multigenerational family had a great stay as always at the Majestic Sun. The condo was exactly as described. We loved having a corner unit as we were traveling with a small noisy child. Manager handled a small maintenance issue quickly with little fuss. Barely caused us any trouble. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice place

Overall the condo was very nice and spacious. Great view from the corner balcony! The kitchen had lots of cooking utensils and pans to use which was great, but a couple of the cabinet doors were broken. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was close and convenient to most activities and shops in Destin. As far as check-in, the process was easy with the codes that were emailed to me. One inconvenience was there was 2 families so therefore we had 2 vehicles. Only one vehicle was given a parking pass. So I was required to drive to the condo association and purchase a parking pass for $10 for my stay. Upon arrival to the condo, in the room I was staying in, there was no roller in the toilet paper holder, no bar in the towel rack behind the toilet and there was light brown streaks coming down the wall as if there was condensation on the walls from steam of the shower. There is an exhaust fan but it does not seem to do a whole lot. There was a double and a single bed in the room my daughters and I slept in and the headboard on the double bed was completely coming apart. I emailed the appropriate people and was told they were aware of these issues. The bathroom drain is also on the slow side in this particular room. My friend's son said it felt like there was sand in his bed the first night we slept there. There was dried food on some of the kitchen utensils and every single cupboard in the kitchen needed tightened. Overall the condo could definitely use some sprucing up, a deep cleaning and some general maintenance.

We had been to Miramar and stayed in Majestic Building A. This 3 Bedroom in building B was perfect for our full family. East beach access and ice cream shop in Building B was a plus. Communication with property manager was awesome.
